Today’s experience was something else! Went into the restaurant and were literally one of two couples there. The other couple was in front of us ordering. They were standing there for a solid 8 minutes before placing their order. It had been a good 15 minutes before we were able to place our order. Attempted to order a chocolate shake for our son and was advised that the ice cream machine was down and had been for 2 months. Wow, okay. We finished placing our order and went to get our drinks from the fountain area, which was disgusting. Not well kept and dirty. We sat down and waited for our food, keeping in mind that we were literally the only ones in the restaurant. After another 10 minutes of watching 3 employees standing around talking, I went and stood by the counter to continue waiting. Upon my arrival, I see one employee warming up her lunch in a Tupperware container, and another employee who I can only assume was the manager, putting roast beef on slider buns with her bare hands. Gross! We made eye contact and she asked if she could help me with anything, upon which I replied, “yeah, our order”. Another girl comes running over and pulls our order which had apparently been sitting for a several minutes and says “oh, here ya go, sorry about that”. Ridiculous! Later on, I went back to the crusty fountain area to refill my drink and I see the girl who took our order literally sitting on the back counter looking bored and apparently waiting for the time to pass to clock out. Overall, the experience was pretty atrocious and the cleanliness and sanitation was abysmal. Don’t recommend until they can get their act together.

Horrible….ordered the “premium” chicken nuggets and this is what we got. Barely any meat and nothing but dry batter. Fries weren’t any better.

I have mobile order , coming and told the manager , he straight up gave me attitude, ask my name . I told my first name . He said he didn’t find mobile order , made me wait 10 mins . Came back and said the same thing . But I saw my order already made . Told him about that . Then he realize they use last name not first name . Then gave me another attitude. What the heck , I didn’t bet for food . I paid for that

I had double Arby’s and 8 piece jalapenos and my son had the 2 for 6 regular arby roast beef and a crispy chicken sandwich and a lemonade. To get any sauces you have to ask for them ! I can remember a time when they ask you what sauces you would like as you pick up your food. The young manager was nice . All of the others employees had a personality of a stumps. It wouldn’t hurt to smile and be appreciative you have a job.

Beware of this place my two kids and me got food poison with a very raw chicken on a sandwich and other food, when come back there to talk to the manager she was very rude unprofessional and even lying on my face that that chicken was well cook and it was horrible undercooked very nasty, won’t ever come back and won’t recommend to no body eat in this place!
