Door dash driver delivered to the wrong address. Called the store and the associate fixed the issue which is why service received 3 stars. However my new order looked like it was slung around in the driver’s trunk. Last time ordering from this location.

If you’re willing to wait at least an hour for your food (i waited 1.5 hrs for a medium cheese pizza and boneless wings) then order from this location. i went into the store a little over an hr after i ordered and asked for an update since the phone number is automated and they were nice workers but told me they just put it in the oven and it wouldn’t be ready for another 10-15 minutes. I love papa john’s don’t get me wrong… i just don’t like waiting this long when they say it’ll be ready in ~20 mins.

This location hasn’t been a good experience since the previous manger Malik left. The order is always wrong. Twice in a row we got the wrong order. You can’t count on delivery. They use DoorDash and most drivers don’t have a pizza bag. Do carryout, but be prepared to wait while they fix your order. On the positive side, the manager does correct the order.

Don’t get your pizza delivered. They’ll have Door Dash deliver it and they are guaranteed to forget something from your order. Forgot my sodas and put my pizza on the floor at the wrong door. On top of that, my pizza was turned sideways.

Pizza was fine. They had DoorDash deliver it. Driver texted me to come get the pizza when he arrived. I just got up walked 20 steps and one flight of stairs (maybe 20 seconds) to where he was parked to get the pizza, which defeats the purpose of me paying 2-3 times the cost of a pizza for the convince of having the pizza delivered to my front door.
