Cheat Day
The irony of “Every piece is important”. Just kills me. We ordered 2 big Dons( the bread wasn’t even toasted), chicken wings well done ( they weren’t, nice and gummy). Added cinnamon breadsticks. I had a problem from this location before. Since it was years ago I thought I would give them another chance. Boy did I pay for it. How do you burn breadsticks? And then proceed to go ahead and box and serve burnt breadsticks? No stars…

I recently visited and did a Take out. I ordered 2 subs, they had very,very ,very little toppings, all bread. The lettuce and tomatoes were not fresh. I think they are over priced and not worth the money. Gave 2 Stars for the Employees they were nice. I didn’t take them back,I gave them to the kids. I had a Salad and Soup do dinner. . I showed my friend the Subs,and they said they changed. I still like the Pizza.

Donatos Pizza is good pizza, not the best I’ve had, but I would rank it up there. The complaint I would have on this particular Donatos and we went when it first opened (11am) was that it was dirty! It had obviously not been cleaned from the night before. There were dirty tables, the floors were dirty and the bathrooms were dirty with the paper overflowing in the trash. Maybe they were just short on employees since there were help wanted signs. The food and service were good and the employees that we met were friendly. But for the dirtiness, I would give it a 3 or less.

The garlic bread was not cooked all the way through still doughy. The pizza was not hot when it arrived. I tried to talk to customer service and the site kept saying I can’t leave a comment or do survey.

Crust was burnt black on the edges. They had door dash delivery instead of a donatoes driver . Door dash only received 2.24 of the 4.49 delivery charge.. that’s dirty..

Cheese bread wasn’t cooked. The dough was slimey in the middle and they forgot our 2 liter. I tried to call to see if they would replace the missing and uncooked portion but they never answered the phone. Waited on hold for 10 minutes before it gave a loud beeping noise.

Do not rent the party room. I called and spoke to the manager and asked to rent both party rooms he said sure can no problem. Showed up was told no we can’t use both rooms. They told us to call that morning to tell them how many pizza we needed we did that, got there and no one had a clue what the order was. The staff was rude. Asked to get our 2litters for the party and was told we can’t until we cash out our pizza order first. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting just to get cups and water. The floor was sticky and nasty in the party room. I have rented the rooms multiple times in the past and never once a issue with anything. Will never use them for a party room again.
