Every time I go to this Popeyes there is an issue. They are either out of everything, or they screw the order up. Tonight I tried to order a 12 piece tender family meal and was told they don’t have a 12 piece tender family meal when it was clearly on the menu in the drive through. I was then told I could order a 9 piece family meal, so I said fine I’ll just get that I want mild. I get to the window and see them putting normal single serving sides in my bag; I told them I ordered the family meal with large sides and they proceeded to give me three single servings instead of just giving me a large (which I was fine with). I also asked several times for blackened ranch. After I get my food I realized they didn’t give me my blackened ranch I asked for several times so I had to go park and go inside and get it; inside I asked for the blackened ranch and was given attitude and only revived two ranches for the 9 piece. I then asked for more because that wouldn’t be enough and was met with more attitude. After all that and I get home I pull my order out of the bag only to realize the three single serving sides weren’t even filled half way. I could literally put all three in one single serving container (I ordered large sides), and then I open my chicken only to discover they gave me about 4 full size tenders and the rest were just fried batter and giblets, then I proceed to bite one and of course it’s spicy which is fine if I was eating it by myself but kids aren’t gonna eat spicy chicken. So long story short I’m out $27 and diner is ruined. I will not be going back to this Popeyes and will be driving to Bremen or Carrollton or not getting Popeyes at all. Whomever is reading this please, don’t go here. The lady in the drive through is TERRIBLE, she had a bad attitude and they gave me the wrong order, I specifically ordered 3 mild legs and I received this burnt mess. I instantly went back because I was trying to see if this was spicy chicken or if this was burnt mild chicken, the lady said “it’s just the grease” .. and I responded with well that grease needs to be changed because the chicken stinks and no one should be fed this. Come to find out they gave me SPICY and the manager then apologized but the lady at the window continued to say rude and derogatory things from her ghetto mouth. She need to be put in the back or something not at the window ! The manager was nice but the crew is ghetto and terrible, need to be fired also THE PRICES HAVE SKY ROCKETED so no orders should be messing up if we’re paying our money.

The line at the drive though was not moving so I decided to walk into the restaurant. Very clean and the friendliest staff ever. They look like they really work well together…. Had the Fish sandwich and a 4 piece chicken my meal for hubby and I. The fish is HUGE a little bland so I add onion thousand island dressing and cheese but not going to complain. Chicken was perfect, Mac & Cheese hubby eat must’ve been good . In all everything was fresh cooked and staff A-Plus….

This Sunday morning my husband called ahead to order two family boxes of chicken for families that lost their love one. Teah (GM) took the order and she was very pleasant over the phone. After arriving at the restaurant she asked my husband to come in while she completed his orders. I’m not sure who was the manager before her but, I can say God has a plan for that woman. She has a positive attitude and has a powerful testimony. Thank you Teah for you and your team working together and preparing our orders in a timely manner. We will continue to keep the entire store in prayer.

Terrible all around. Just shut the whole place down. Every time I come here it’s always something…. Either my order is wrong or they out of something plus it’s always an extremely long wait time. It could be only 1 customer and you’ll still end up waiting about 30-45 mins every single time. Terrible customer service. It’s a NO for me. This is THE WORST POPEYES IN HISTORY smh. I advise you to spend your money elsewhere.. You’ve been warned..

Worse Popeyes location I’ve ever been to.. in any state. No matter if I send for something or go for something they always don’t have this or that. Just left the drive though & was told they only have wings & breasts. I the. Said ok I’ll take mostly wings. The response was oh we only have 3! The customer service is beyond horrible. For this to be a relatively new location they’ve been pretty trash since opening. Tonight was the final straw as I was willing to give them another try. I blame myself for giving them yet another opportunity to show me that this is the dumpster fire of Popeyes. Having lived in Louisiana & dealt with several Popeyes with not so great customer service, at least the chicken and sides were always A1. The Villa Rica location shouldn’t even have the name associated with them. They should be called “some chicken some time”. The motto should be, we might have it & we will rudely tell you what you can get if we don’t have what you want.

Service window person very unfriendly. Went out of her way to be miserable. No napkins. Almost a nasty attitude. Difficult to find good employees. She needs to be replaced but is a manager. That’s unfortunate for this business.

Shaynie (hope I am spelling her name correctly) is amazing!!! We had an ordeal with this restaurant more times than I would like to admit, and she made everything better PLUS more! Shaynie has a heart of gold and is an asset to this company! She has exceptional customer service skills no matter what she is faced with. This restaurant needs to do better in making sure items are in stock and they receive their truck to be able to serve customers effectively and have a productive day. You are leaving the staff to fend for themselves when you do not hire competent staff and there is only one or two people out of the entire bunch that truly care about the restaurant.
