And it’s been like this since we opened the doors of the first TOGO’S in San Jose, California back in 1971. We made the meatiest, most delectable sandwiches around. Simple order, Togo’s style. Glad it was ready when I picked it up, but no one there except 2 employees standing around. Apparently was too hard of an order as I only got tuna on white bread.

I love to come to RSM location. The staff is always nice and friendly and very helpful, food is always great. It’s sad the people would take their time to damage a local sandwich shop. I personally can tell, that this is the most clean store of all. I appreciate that after COVID they try hard to keep their doors open, short staffing became a very usual issue everywhere, grocery stores, banks, etc. people don’t realize that they always will find lines (short or long) to be helped out. I’m a Togo’s fan forever.

Today I picked up lunch for 3 friends and myself from Togo’s for the first time. I was unable to order online as there was no place for the customizations I wanted, such as no mushrooms an steak and cheese or exra au jus for beef dip. I phoned my order in and the man that took my order seemed extremely efficient.

They have gotten very stingy lately giving out very little meat in sandwiches. I had to request more for extra because most of it was filled with greens and i wasn’t in a mood for a vegetarian sandwich with sprinkles of meat. Atleast they obliged by giving me some extra for free.

I was in Togo’s for lunch today and had a great Italian sandwich. Esther was the employee who waited on me. Very pleasant. I sat in the store to eat. Good music. Overall great experience! Highly recommend this sandwich shop!!

The best sandwiches!!! Would be five stars. However, this place needs help. Saturday at 1245pm, line is out the door. One lady waiting on some gigantic online order (Im guessing). Another working on a catering box, leaving ONE employee to make guest orders in-store. We waited at least 30 minutes before we even ordered. Thanks to the employees for hanging in there. Hope they can hire some additional help.

I’m not sure how this place has such high reviews. 9 times out of 10 they get our order wrong and we don’t figure it out until we get home. I completely understand sometimes there is human error but this place never seems to get it right. One time they gave us bread with a few pieces of chicken and little sauce and that was it, no veggies that we asked for and no cheese. And for some reason they can’t tell the different between the BBQ chicken wrap and the bacon ranch wrap and I don’t know how they ring us up for the correct item but can’t make the correct item. For the price of the food I would hope it would be correct more often but with this location that’s not the case.

Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at togos and I am also a frequent customer. There’s one lady there who is always there who I believe is a manager. I asked multiple times if they could make more tea and she refused and said they were to busy and didn’t have time and that the other two employees don’t know how to make it. One new girl who made our sandwiches finally proceeded to make the tea after being told how to do it and it took literally one minute for her to put the tea bag in the tea maker then she went back to making sandwiches and the tea took two minutes to finish. Then on top of that the girl who made our sandwiches had her fingernails ripped through the gloves touching everything with them. She then forgot to put one of our sandwiches in the bag and unfortunately we didn’t notice till we got home and had to go all the way back. When we got back to togos we told them they forgot one of our sandwiches and it had been sitting on the counter for about 30 minutes at least by then. (We also do not live that close). The girl who made our sandwiches was then going to make us a new one and the manager lady told her no and to give us the soggy sandwich that was sitting on the counter and we did not get any apologies or anything for the inconvenience either. Very very disappointed in their service today.
