I have to say this is by far the best Panda Express I’ve been to in Vegas. I came in after work and ordered a family meal with a plate of 3 entrees. I was told there would be a 10 minute wait for the teriyaki chicken which was no problem. And I asked for fresh walnut shrimp which was only halfway gone and they made a fresh batch. Literally everyone was so kind and friendly!! I was given a cup to get a drink for my short wait. The whole crew is amazing!! Food hot and fresh. So happy this location is close to me. Great customer service is hard to come by and they all did really go above and beyond. Atmosphere was great and the lobby was extremely clean. Thanks for a great experience! I’ll definitely be back soon!

The people who serve have always been super welcoming!! Especially Sergio! He is hands down the reason I come so often. But over the last month the atmosphere has had a big shift. People used to be so nice and cheerful and now it’s somber. I have a feeling it’s to do with some new management as I’ve seen them bark at Sergio!! Don’t know what he can do wrong when he is the example of perfect customer service that is quick while still making everyone feel special. Hopefully it can be fixed soon!

The food is pretty good here and the staff is always friendly every time I come. The downside is that this location is always understaffed so the dining area is usually messy. I would expect the portions to be bigger, but they seem to skimp a little off each entree at this location. It’s frustrating. This location does have Uber Eats though, which is good on a Friday night and I have a craving, but don’t want to go out.

I have ordered delivery from this location several times and every time it’s something. Missing items, wrong order, this time a bowl half empty. If they’re not doing it right in front of you this is what happens. I never right reviews but something needs to happen here. Disappointing. They offer to replace and item but the point of delivery is not going out when you’re exhausted. You pay extra delivery charges, tip, so on and then you’re expected to drive up there to correct their mistake. They need to pay better attention to delivery orders and quality check.

Save you time going here they’re always closed at times they’re supposed to be open & closing earlier than the time it’s stated they should close. & when they’re open staff is rude, so again don’t waste your time driving to their store chances are they’re closed

Hands Down 1 of the best pandas in las vegas I don’t know how other people got bad service or bad food I have never once had a issue at this panda if the food in the tray ain’t hot enough for me they make me fresh with out any issues every employee that has been here and helped me was absolutely amazing I drive across town just to come to this panda cause I know I’m going to get my money worth and great service there not greedy with the portions at all they load the tray up with hot fresh delicious panda orange chicken. I give this panda a 10 Only let me give them a 5 up top but I give a 10 Keep up the good work!!!!!

First time at this location, and it’ll be my last. They basically robbed me. Paid full price for meals (4 kids meals and 1 adult plate) and I basically received half of each meals that I bought. My daughter broccoli beef literally had 1 small square of beef in it. That’s very shady. Never again
