Pizza is OK, but service has taken a hit. I live 1.5 miles away and it took 90 minutes for delivery. Called and they said they were short a driver. Just be honest – don’t tell me 45 minutes and then be 90. I’d just come get it myself if you told me the truth.

Vegan Options – SO GOOD! I ordered the vegan garlic cheese bread (2), vegan Italiano (3), and custom ordered a vegan pizza (1) with pineapple, beyond sausage, jalapeños, banana peppers, and sun dried tomatoes & it was everything I was hoping for and more fresh, baked to perfection, online tracker was precise, and the delivery was to be expected. I used to love you guys until I started getting dried up skinny strings of gyro meat on my gyro salad. On doordash you give no options to add more meat or change the meat either or customize your salad. All your other food seems to be good but the salads are lacking and very disappointing. You used to get the same sized cut of meat you but in the gyro calzones, I’m not sure who’s idea it was to cut them into skinny strips to save on money but the meat is hard and gross now. Do better Sarpino’s!!

I have always had a good experience at this location, until my last visit. One staff messed up my order gave it to another customer. The 2nd staff was rude about fixing their error. They may have seen me writing up this review, cus they were able to make me a new pizza within 20 minutes and gave me a credit for one of the pizzas. 2nd staff was nicer in the end.

Burnt, over cooked cheese. Left side (my husband’s side) is better than the right (my side). We called about the issue, the guy wanted us to bring it back. We asked if we could take a picture, nope have to bring it back. Not worth it. I tore the burnt cheese – that was like a thin hard plastic – off and ate it that way. Last time we ordered from here we noticed the same over cooked quality, so we’ll just cross this place off our list. Too bad, the pizza sauce and flat bread of the pizza taste great. They haven’t perfected the cheese part, though…maybe half and half pizzas are trickier (? Idk). I hope others have a better experience.

I ordered a large calzone from here, as I had in the past a bunch of times. I had gotten the same calzone as I usually do, and paid for a large as well. What came was what looked to be a small/regular size, almost half of what I usually get when I order a large. I called in and the manager stated that “he didn’t know what to tell me” when I told him that it was smaller than the usual ones. I believe his name was Mike or Matt, and he continued to talk down to me stating that he made it himself and that it was for sure a large. I was shut down repeatedly when stating that I buy from them a lot and this has never been a large before but he insisted that since he made it, I was wrong. I just don’t want to be charged extra when I got a regular sized instead of a large. The pictures are of the “Large” I got and show how tiny it is.
