They don’t have cream or sugar out and available for you to make your coffee the way you like. The cashier didn’t understand my order when I asked for a large coffee with A LOT of cream and sugar. She handed me a black coffee with 6 packs of sugar and creamers. I asked for more and she refused. I was absolutely taken aback that I couldn’t have the necessary items to prepare my coffee so I offered to pay more. She charged me $1.07 for some more cream but gave me no sugar so I had to buy some from the adjoining gas station. I’ve NEVER been to a Dunkin Donuts that refused to give you extra cream and sugar and I will NEVER return to this one.

Upon walking in around 3pm on a weekday and as I attempted place an order on the self-serve kiosk the lady behind the counter told me its drive thru only so I had to get in the car and go through the drive through.The service at the drive through was slow eventhough I was the only customer.

Just horrible they can take an order at the counter because they told me it’s drive through only. I understand if you were under staffed but there was four people working and on personal calls on their cell phones too. They didn’t acknowledge me standing there for 5 mins. Til I said hey! Really you can’t server me coffees at the counter. What are the kiosks machines for then???

Google said it closed at 8. When we got there, a gentleman was on the phone and was extremely rude, first by not acknowledging us immediately and then by just saying “6”. 6 what? “Close”. If you don’t like to deal with people, go do something else. Nasty attitude.

This DD is just ridiculous here in Marathon Fl, can’t see the donuts to pick out what you want, when you ask them what kind they have the act like they want to be bothered with it, when I walked inside to order I was told drive thru only but I had seen someone walk out with an order WTH?!! Worst Dunkin Donuts ever! You cannot see what donuts are available. There is no menu board, whatsoever inside. Communication with staff is difficult, even though they are polite and try very hard. The coffee is terrible! It has a burnt taste to it. If I wanted burnt coffee, I’d go to Starbucks. Clean your pots and keep it fresh! Probably a good place to order a drink if you want flavored, sweet milk on ice, but not if you actually enjoy good coffee.

When we walked inside the building, the lady said that they had drive thru only, even though she was serving others inside. We drove all the way around and the coffee was very watery. Probably one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve gone to.
