Absolutely unacceptable quality. Not sure what else to say. Typical mumbly person trying to take your order using the least amount of breath possible. The frozen drink was a bubbly, soupy mess. The fries were not salted. The nuggets were dripping more than a neckbeards back sweat. There is absolutely no way that the positive reviews on here are legit. Do not come here unless your standards have dropped below the earth because frankly, you’ll feel like you’re leaving this planet after you eat this mess. AVOID

I have not had service this good in years! Both people I spoke to in the drive thru were so friendly. They made sure to ask me for condiments before I could ask. He even asked me about my day! I’m not sure what changed in the past few months since that last five star review about service, but the service is definitely not worthy of even one star. I went in to the restaurant. There was one customer before me group of three they ordered then the lady at the cash register walked away. I waited seven minutes for her to come back and take my order, she looked at me on three different occasions, but never came back. I left, went down the road to canes and with four cars in the drive-thru I was able to place my order and get it and less than seven minutes. Hopefully BK mgmt gets this location back up to the level of service it used to be at.

We were looking for a place to eat lunch that we could go inside, sit down and talk about what we had going on. There was a typed note on the door with a key lockbox that said lobby closed due to staff shortages. I respect that, but wonder if it’s true? I feel like that message should have been on the marquee, and there probably should be a help wanted sign posted somewhere. Certainly a hassle.
