Highly disappointing for the price point but it was fine. Honestly pretty similar to grocery store quality sushi. Ordered the Hawaii five oh sushiritto, was surprisingly bland, small, and the wrap unrolled and fell apart after two bites. Def would not recommend to any of my foodie friends but it was fine.

Been here a few times, but stopped coming for the sushi rolls and started coming for the spam musubi. Usually when I come, a female is there and is the sweetest. I’ve actually never had to use the kiosk other than for payment because she would take my order.

Got the nom nom nom roll and omg it was HORRID I’ve gotten sushi all the time from tons of places and NOTHING IVE EVER HAD WAS TOO THIS LEVEL OF GROSS not even my teenage all you can eat sushi runs in back ally places. 17 Dollars + for A small roll. (Plus tip because if you don’t tip you shouldn’t even eat out) so expensive for TRASH. the cashier and everyone was nice and im sure they did there best but who ever made this recipe needs jail and whoever OK the ingredients needs to go with them.

Really poor service, ordered at around 9;45pm there was literally no one in front of me or behind me in line. Should have been my first red flag. I waited over 30 minutes for two rolls. The guy preparing the food was so slow. Moved like molasses. They charge $1 for the tiniest cup is sauce. Ridiculous! The rolls were ok at best. Never ordering from here again. They say they will text you when your order is done but fail to tell you it’s going to be a long while. Terrible service. Never again

How is this place open? Took a half an hour to spoon cold pre-sliced items into a plastic bowl while everyone else I was with got fresh, hot, attractively presented food for less money at other Food Lab spots. No sauce, no tossing, bland and gross. Truly no better than grocery store sushi. Two stars because there wasn’t a dead bug in it.

The price point is absolutely atrocious for the quality of the food. The fish did not taste fresh and I’ve had grocery store sushi that tasted about the same. I will not return. The whole food lab is over priced but this was definitely disappointing. I leave 2 stars bc 1 always seem over exaggerated to me.

Had the Wicked Tuna sushi burrito and it was satisfying. A nice blend of ingredients with a little spice kick. As with most establishments within the FoodLab, it is a little more expensive that other places but it was fresh and tasted great.
