Managers attitude sucked was rude shoved our food out of the window and when we said thank you at speaker and window no acknowledgement was given window was slambed shut. apparently the manager and the gm were working when calling to complain about rude service spoke to gm and when I was trying to explain how my overall experiences were and how I dislike dealing with them she rudely said then go deal with someone else and hung up. Food had either no cheese or very little cheese on all 12 tacos we received. Someone needs to do something about this location because apparently the gms attitude sucks just as much as the managers attitude it’s ridiculous

I give it no stars. The manager wouldn’t let the employee take my order stating they didn’t have enough employees working and that I needed to use the kiosk, which I have no idea how to use. They wouldn’t come around and help either. No one was in the restaurant and only had 2 cars at the drive thru. I believe that they were rude and lazy. I will not be eating at this Taco Bell again. I will also let my friends know of the rudeness from this restaurant.

I have been to many taco bells in my years and have been to this one quite a bit since I live right down the road we kind of quit going here because the food quality went downhill and the service. we decided to give it another shot yesterday and whoever’s cooking prepared the food to perfection I also decided to try it again today I don’t know who’s preparing the food the last 2 days but you got somebody in there you need to keep because the food is excellent for a Taco Bell. Seriously I haven’t had this good of Taco Bell food and probably 15 years or more keep up the good work Piqua and whoever’s preparing the food dated today and yesterday at lunch time you need to give that person a raise and keep them!

Placed my order online and went through the drive through to check in and get it. The girl on the speaker had a huge attitude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. At the window she was just short of throwing my bag to me. I asked if this was everything cause there were a couple peoples food I was getting. She said “what do you think” and slammed the window shut. This is how my bag looks……. this used to be a good place but the service is TERRIBLE now. Will not be back and I will be sharing this poor experience as much as possible!

I hate giving this place anything less than 5 stars because the food is usually on point. But the staff is ALWAYS rude. They give you such little sauce and then get mad when you ask for more. You have to go in to get the sauce you want.

Garbage workers with so sense of being a decent human, they leave their lights on after theyre closed and leave drive thru lights on and had 3 cars in line and just shut the lights off, yet they said they closed a half hour earlier.
