The white rice was undercooked and we even got another bowl after complaining the manager was very nice about it but the money was not worth it and the rice was still the same and we were able to do this with it . Even after dropping the ball and throwing the ball of rice it stayed together and also tasted and had a chalky texture.

Qdoba is a great place for a delicious meal. I’ve been getting the Cholula chicken lately and it’s super tasty. Very spicy though! I usually get mine with extra sour cream and that cuts the spice to a point where I can eat it.

My coworker and I went in for lunch takeout and the manager was so helpful and also was extremely nice to her employees. We waited a couple extra minutes for our takeout and she kindly offered us complimentary fountain drinks for our time. The food also turned out amazing. Every time my friends and I go to this establishment they always have the best service. Thank you!

Have a very positive experience here on April 7th 2023! I ordered food for pickup and the employee at the register promptly asked for my name for pickup and said they were working on my order. My order took a few minutes longer than expected, and the employee at the register noticed, and offered me a free beverage. When I did receive my order, it was packaged up wonderful and correct. I’ll definitely come back to this location in the future.

Ate there a couple of days ago and it has gotten so bad. Everything tasted stale, fake, or watered down. Used to love going there mainly for the spicy roja sauce but the last two times at two different locations it’s just tasted like a watered down marinara with absolutely zero spice. The chips were a mix of stale and undercooked chewy blegh. The chicken was mushy. The service staff were very upbeat and helpful which is a plus I guess but I’m there to pay for at the very least decent food. Since covid this place has steadily gone down hill and has now become a place that’s off my list. You were good once but no longer.

The crew working tonight (between 7:30 to 8:30) was the best ever! They were friendly and provided great service. Our order was made perfectly and were the best batch of quesadillas we’ve ever had there.

If I could I would give zero stars. Stopped there to order lunch while I was working yesterday. When I got home from work and went to finish my food I came across someone’s else’s chewed bubble gum in my food. Management has poorly handled this and has accused me of lying and tried to pawn it off on a multitude of excuses, even though I sent them 2 pictures. They refuse to refund my money and I have yet to hear from upper management. Shift lead will not give me a direction to go and just tells me there is nothing she can do. I have contacted Washington county health department and building inspectors as well as MN health department. I have kept said gum and food so when health department calls back I can hand it over !

Went in at 7pm and asked to order a family meal. Employee said he couldn’t do that because he was the only one working. There was only 1 other person in the store…..sounds like an employee who didn’t want to fill a large order.
