I went to this location @7pm and the worker told me he wasn’t taking anymore orders. I get out of the line and he takes the customer behind me order. Very weird and unprofessional. Out of curiosity I stick around and noticed he took every other car that came up in the drive through. I would of went in and asked why but I didn’t want them messing with my food.

Been through the drive through a few times and it’s always slow and the employees sound even slower. Finally I decided it would be better if I just placed an online order 15 minutes ahead of time and then go pick it up. Even then none of the workers seemed like they knew what they were doing and it still took them 15 minutes to make my food when I got there. I’ve learned my lesson now and I will never go back to this burger king ever again

I want to say, that every time my family and I come in to dine in or go through drive thru we get the best experience. The staff is always friendly. the bring positive vibes, and I also notice that they don’t rush you when placing your order. They take care of us and our needs. even when there’s a possibility of missing an item or misunderstanding the order the first time. They don’t hesitate to fix the problem and bring that second hand service. Thank you ALL that work at this location. keep making this location a place worth coming. GO BK!!

Not off the broiler as I asked & cashier didn’t use my number provided for the $3 whopper. Waiting is not a problem for me. Bad customer service is, I’ve worked at Burger King as my first job so I’m well aware as to how the franchise is operated. I understand drive thru times are main priority during busy hours , that’s fine, but make sure your dine in and take out customers orders are made accurately. “Off the broiler” may take more time to make due to having to wait for the patty to come off the rotating broiler, but having a patty on the broiler shouldn’t restrict you from completing other orders while you wait. The burger is good but I prefer it to be freshly made off the broiler and not see cooks being told to ignore off the broiler, so this is why I’m giving 2 stars. When my whoppers come made “off the broiler” my cheese is melted and it’s piping hot, not the case here.

I stopped in for breakfast, we were very delighted by the service and how friendly the people were. They word decorated for Halloween. We loved the presentation of the food on the tray. They went above and beyond in customer service.

Walked into this Glenside location and stuck to the floor…the floor was dirty in front of the order counter and super sticky from the entrance throughout the restaurant. Food was on the floor and the back exit door was blocked by stackable containers. Young man at the register just walked away and I had to wait for another person to get order.

Very bad service and food. In the drive thru when I asked for no bun (allergy) was told rudely “wow… that’s a first” then waited 30 minutes for my order. When I finally got my food I had to ask multiple times for my whole order (was missing several items). My order had been sitting out for a long time because my milkshake was completely melted as well as the ice in my drinks.

I love Burger King, to me its hands down the best burger from a fast food place. Unfortunately, this visit to Burger King was not the best they gave me basically a cup of sugar even though I asked Half-and-half with my tea. They dumped a bunch of packs of sugar into the tea and gave it to me. They did make it right (somewhat) but I can’t believe that someone would just open up sugar and just dump it straight into the cup and then hand it to you without Trying To dissolve it a little bit…
