Consistently slow and disorganized. Waiting for 25 minutes for a walk in order misses the point of picking up a quick pizza. Multiple call in orders showed up while I was here, and were shocked their order from 1+ hour ago wasn’t ready yet. Same story was told to customer after customer “sorry that call in order isn’t ready yet, but it’s next on our list….”

Customers lined up for noon opening. Manager is late and he is the only person who knows how to run cash register/computer. Employees unable to prepare pizza without a computer generated receipt!!??? Walk in customer waiting 25 minutes for pizza while they prepare online orders.

Coming from WA state THIS pizza chain is pushing people out the door with great pizza, But I got to say here in Carmel Indiana the dough taste old as if it has been sitting out. I sadly will have to pass on this pizza chain here. I hope Papa Murphy see this and has someone come in and check why the ratings are so poorly rated due to poor tasting dough which makes the pizza

Walked in to order a pizza. Not one customer in store and I was told they couldn’t fill my order for over 30 minutes because they had online orders ahead of me? When I question their poor excuse they they wanted to get cocky and mouth me!!! When did online orders take priority over a customer at the counter? I THINK NOT! To many other pizza places to choose from.

Great staff. They’re very helpful and polite. Logan & Shelton did a great job making my pizzas. Shelton rang me & almost got me to buy some cookie dough. Did you know you can eat Papa Murphy’s cookie dough RAW because it is NOT made with eggs. Papa Murphy’s has fantastic deals throughout every week – Tuesday is $10 large pizzas, Friday is $5 large pepperoni/sausage/ham thin crust pizzas. Take ’em & bake ’em baby!
