We wanted to find a place just to have a couple drinks. We didn’t want to go to a corporate chain restaurant. We found bar 17 and loved it! A nice quaint bar. They serve food as well. The atmosphere was great, lots of locals and they became very busy around dinner time. Everyone seemed to know everyone’s name, the prices of the food is phenomenal and the food is very good as well as the service. $3 beers, $8 mixed drinks. Theresa the owner was very nice. It had a fun and friendly vibe! We plan on going back again.

This is my new “go to” restaurant when I am in this area. I had the Italian calzone and my friend had a chicken parmigiana sandwich. The food was outstanding and so was the service. I don’t live in the area but my friend does. When he went home and told his wife how good the food was she picked up takeout for dinner. I already told my wife when we go to Hampton beach this is our new spot for lunch or dinner.

Bar 17 Grill is more bar than restaurant. It’s a big bar with a handful of tables in the back. It’s a place where locals hang out and have good times with friends. It’s not a tourist spot. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Very good value. The pizza was surprisingly good and the eggplant parm starter was huge and excellent, a bargain for $6.50. Beers were 4 dollars. The service was great even though it was pretty crowded. Will definitely go back.

Accidentally found this place a few days ago. You can tell it’s a place where mostly regulars hang out. The food was absolutely delicious. Best meatball calzone I’ve ever had. Prices can’t be beat. They also had music bingo going on while we were there. We had a great time. Will be back for sure.

Called in an order when we arrived for pickup they couldn’t find it. They remade the order we brought home, a 5 min drive. Fries not cooked very soggy. both subs, one meatball, one eggplant parm, were soggy through the wrapper. And this is a full bar. We walked into a bunch of very intoxicated people. Update: if there had been some management there, maybe there wouldn’t have been so many intoxicated people. Including the bartender and the girl who took my order by phone and read it back to me. Typical Seabrook owner response.
