I have been coming here for many many years and I can honestly say this is the BEST tropical jerk around . I know there are other locations but I always go to the one on Jerusalem. The jerk is always juicy and flavorful. I get the rice and peas and it is perfect!!! The curry goat is on point and they definitely do not skimp or try to give you only bones. I tried the bread for the first time there last week and it was soft and sweet but not overly sweet. I would always come back here.

I ordered jerk pork from tropical and the jerk pork was hard and tasteless. The jerk chicken was dry. I have no plans In patronizing at this establishment no time soon. The lady that took my order was very rude and disrespectful with that being said I am done with tropical jerk.

Disappointing! It’s Friday night so I decided to treat myself to a brown stew snapper. Before placing my order on Grubhub, I called to make sure they had snapper and to make sure that the fish would be cooked to order. When my food arrived, first of all, they had not followed my packing directions. Everything was mushed up into one container. Most Disappointing of all was the fish. It was NOT made to order. It was dry all the way through and crunchy and smothered with some stew chicken gravy or some other gravy. Super let down!!!

I just got home from the hospital and I send some one who I have to pay for chicken soup and I got a big container with 13 dumplings and a piece of hip my god and I got jerk chicken it was not fresh horrible in this country and people who support your business I couldn’t eat it so my money wasted it’s time to treat people like they matter for me never again
