The hand pulled noodle dishes were so delicious. The noodles are very fresh, perfectly chewy and have a very very good texture. The scallion pancakes were crispy thin like roti but I love it like this more than the Korean version. Service was excellent food came out quick too. The restaurant is clean but looks a bit outdated and small(not a lot of tables). Highly recommended! I will be going back there a lot for sure!

First time here, been looking forward to it for a while. Upon walking in the woman who greeted us was excited and personable. She gave us our menus and waited for our order while chatting a bit. Tried some of the more basic dishes for our first time there but will order more next time we go. The beef roll was excellent and our 8 month old loves the pancake part of it. The pan fried dumplings were great. Both of our noodle dishes were better than I was expecting but the highlight was definitely at the end of the meal our waitress chatted with us a bit and wound up hand chopping some noodles for our 8 month old to try and she loved them. This is a special little place that I hope stays around a long time. We will definitely be back soon.

Superior noodles. Speaking as a global traveler who has actually visited China and spent some months there, Shan Shan Noodle is without a doubt the best noodles I’ve had on the state side. The food is authentic and flavorful without an overly complex menu. They would benefit from hiring a translator that speaks fluent English and Chinese, just don’t try to modify the dishes to much. The inside could also use a little refresh, mostly because the place is often packed. Regardless, GREAT FOOD

One of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to! Food was INCREDIBLE. So fresh and so flavorful. Noodles were freshly made! The service was so kind and fast. The owner of the store was so friendly and sweet! Prices were very reasonable too. Definitely coming back here!

I usually don’t like noodles, but I really enjoyed the texture of these hand-pulled noodles as they were chewy and not soggy at all. I loved the flavor of the cold chicken and the lamb burger was so good too. Service was also nice

The mark of an authentic Chinese restaurant is that they have chilly oil on every table and this restaurant did. You will enjoy great authentic Chinese food here. Great stuff and at a reasonable price. Do try the soup bao, the hand made noodles in spicy sauce and the overall experience is a good one.
