Ordered salad & asked for more lettuce on top & was told would cost extra!!! What really, chipotle doesn’t charge extra. Plus all I had was lettuce, protien, rice & beans. NO cheese, sour cream or anything else that was offered but Im going to be charged for a little more lettuce!????? Disappointed!

Went for dinner and explained that we had a gluten allergy. The first girl changed her gloves no issue, the second girl however did not change her gloves even though we confirmed that the first girl told her we had an allergy. She proceeded with saying she knew but still didn’t change her gloves and then continued to dig into the cheese and say she’s ‘grabbing parts that weren’t touched’ the cashier came and told her that she can’t do that and needed to get some from the back. She then tried to TAKE OUT THE CHEESE from the bowl! The cashier again told her she can’t do that and that she needed to redo it. She started to redo the bowl when she decided that she wasn’t comfortable doing our order?! The cashier had to finish her job and do our order for us. Thank God for him!

The whole staff looked high. No regard for what anyone actually wanted..they were just throwing stuff on burritos. Disappointing cause Moe’s is like one of my fave places to eat but the staff just made the experience awful. I left before even getting to checkout cause they were then mixing up all the orders. Smh

My first time trying Moe’s southwest grill. Walked in with my son for lunch without really knowing how the place operates. Girls that was taking the order didn’t have no care at all. It’s like you just another number to them GET IN.. GET OUT.. NEXT.. I wasn’t sure what to order or what the place is offering. Ended up paying 24$ for burritos that tasted meh.. (because I didn’t know what options I had). I think it would be nice to have those options written on a windows up-front. Just a suggestion.

Running a C team on Friday. Mismatching orders and putting random ingredients without asking – other ingredient missing and a line out the door. Entire staff looked stoned and moving at a snail pace. Staff was wiping nose with gloved hand and touching food. By far worst Moe’s on the Gulf Coast. Entire staff needs purging.
