I received a Gift Certificate from Jet’s Pizza welcoming me to the Fishers, IN area. It was for a large Detroit style pizza with one topping. So, we thought we would give it a try. I rarely gave bad reviews for restaurants. But this place is the worst place that I have ever experienced with so far. The restaurant seems not to have a restroom for customers or normal chairs to sit down for eating. After we ordered pizza, no one stayed over the counter to take care of customers. My friend wanted to ask some questions about using the bathroom. There was no way to get their attention. So he went behind the counter (there was no forbidden sign) and said “excuse me” to try to get some attention from people working there. One staff saw him, brought our pizza and yelled at us several times that “you never come back to this place”. How could he be so rude!! Yes, this will be the first time and the last time for our visit. We have been to Jet’s pizza before (not this location), and have never had these issues. If you don’t know how to serve customers well, please visit your peers, take some training or hire more people. If we knew we would receive this kind of service, we would never give tips.

We’ve been to this location before and had a stellar experience. Tonight, not so much. Attached are photos of the wings I drove 20 minutes to pickup. They were meant to be barbeque, but what were received was a box of burnt scraps. Your location is capable of way better quality food. I hope this improves.

In my opinion, Jet’s has the BEST Detroit-style pizza. The pizza has a thick crust that’s crispy and chewy. The cheese is thick and stringy, while the toppings are very flavorful. On the edges, the cheese browns and the crust is super crispy (I usually save the edge for last) Awesome lunch deal: 2 huge pieces and a drink for $5.99
