The food isn’t the best compared to other Qdoba’s. They are usually behind on preparing mobile orders, and the counters are usually caked with dropped food – so quite unclean. I don’t know if understaffed or underpaid, but the workers don’t care too much about service. Not that I can blame them if the work environment isn’t great. I’ll still return for more food and update the review if needed.

Very good food. I wish they had real salsa, not just chopped up tomatoes with cilantro.. I ordered 3 soft tacos, two chicken and one steak. I only have one complaint about the steak, even though it has a good flavor, there’s more gristle than actual meat. Feels like I’m chewing rubber bands. Also my #1 complaint overall is that the meat is never hot, not even warm. This really spolis it for me. I like my food to at least be warm. But the meat is NEVER warm! It’s so frustrating. And it’s not just this location. This goes for EVERY location I’ve ever visited. If the food waa at least warm, QDOBA would get 5 stars from me. I’m not hard to please, I just want warm food. Cold food is just not appetizing. I’m just saying. Also, the chips were horrible this time. And I love Qdoba’s chips! But these tasted old like they were fried in old oil or have Been sitting in a plastic tub, the chips actually tasted sour, like oil that has been sitting In a container for too long, and it smells like an old odd smelling Tupperware bowl from 1975.

I have never been to this place when they had their stuff together. Every single time I come here there are two or three employees who aren’t paying any attention to the customers. I come once every few months and it’s always the same. None of the food items are ever ready. I’ve had employees completely ignore everyone in line to do online orders and not say anything to anyone in line, acted like no one was here. Such an awkward and frustrating experience every time. The food is good and a convenient location but if you aren’t really craving qdoba, go literally anywhere else.

Usually don’t go to restaurants 35 min before they close but this time I did. When we walked in the employee behind the counter said out loud to another employee sitting at a table that he thought they were closed. He looks at me and says, well I guess I have to go in the back and get some food out. I let him know not to worry and we left.

Went on 7/25 around 6ish and ordered a burrito. When it got to the end of the line, the person who wrapped didn’t do a good job, and it caused it to completely fall apart when I attempted to eat it. Everything was completely cold, as well. The only heat I was getting was the spice from the queso and jalapeño. It was disappointing considering this is my favorite location to eat at and is convenient for me as well.

Very tasty and lots of options to add vegetables. The salsa verde was labeled as medium and I’d say that’s accurate, like a hot or fire sauce at Taco Bell in terms of heat. Obviously this food was higher quality than that, very good choice for a tasty meal.

I went to this QDOBA yesterday and was not familiar with the menu I had maybe eaten at one of these restaurant once 5 years ago. Was so pleased with my experience I plan on making this a weekly stop, the manager was AMAZING her name was Abby. I had my daughter with me and she has several food allergies so I was filled with questions Abby made sure all of her needs were met. Thank you so much for your kindness we will revisit soon the food was amazing as well!
