I wasn’t sure if this place was open yet because I couldn’t really see the open sign from the road. It was clean in there. Anyways I was excited to see the summer watermelon blast flavors! I tried the watermelon berry but it wasn’t my fav. The watermelon lemonade was good though. If you get there when they first open there is a chance that their machines might still be in defrost mode. The manager was really nice she helped the girl at the counter fix a mistake she made on my order. We ordered chicken chalupas and Doritos loco tacos. We happened to notice that the hot sauce packets all had clever slogans on them I lived that!

Still sitting in their drive through line after 20 minutes after the mobile order was placed in advance; and the order hasn’t been right the whole time…eventually they handed us a random bag of someone else’s food when they couldn’t figure ours out, which had nothing special order. Staff needs better training and more management. Poor customer service and timing. Unacceptable.

It seems every restaurant one goes to these days is a race to the bottom. Indifferent, careless employees, food that is either incomplete or just plain wrong. The ‘veggie’ burritos were brown, not black beans and sour cream (well I did order extra sour cream, so that was right). I ordered inside at the kiosk so there could be no mistake in telling a disinterested clerk what it was exactly I ordered. I ordered ‘to take with’ and didn’t get drink cups, for me to fill up myself, until after I got my order. Screaming kids, people at the counter complaining about their orders. Dissatisfaction is the expectation at places like this, so the low bar was met.

We’ve had Taco Bell from this place twice while traveling the last week or so. Both times the food was on point. Plenty of meat, vegetables to fill up the Gorditas n Tacos. Some TBs short you on both. This place does not! Thank you for the great TB experience.

The service was good, but the food wasn’t. They surprisingly were not out of anything, but it would be nice if they would put something besides sour cream in the steak challupa. I had a hard time eating it because it was mostly just the shell and the sour cream. I ended up just throwing it out and eating a bowl of cereal. I wasted my time and $13. I’m really fed up with them having to ask for money for the Taco Bell scholarship. It makes them seem kinda like pan handlers to me. But, no worries, I’m so not going back.

Here’s your cheesy gordita crunch. At these gas prices it’s $5 with the extra sauce that you have to ask for at any fast food place to guarantee that it actually even has sauce. The chicken quesadilla with extra sauce was pretty damn good.

I ordered 2 Mexican pizzas, and I got back on the freeway home to gallup. When I opened the bag to grab my food out, there wasn’t any pizza. They gave me 2 crunch wraps, which are really disgusting. The screen read 2 Mexican pizzas, so I thought maybe they had my order right. Next time, I’ll check.

I ordered a beefy five layer burrito and it was just bean and cheese no meat no rice nothing. I guess the only thing at the grants location in new Mexico can get right is the nacho fries, Even then they are kinda stale.
