Went to great my ice cream fix at night and it did not disappoint. The blizzard was cotton candy delicious, recommend that flavor and the sundae was equally great. The service was quick and friendly, I had no issues with my order and I got everything I ordered correctly. Recommend for great ice cream and food.

I hate that this was one of the worst DQ Experiences I’ve had. Burger was dry, fries weren’t fresh and kind of soggy and stuck together. I switched the drink for $2 up charge blizzard but was not warned that a medium blizzard is what I’d be charged for. Then the blizzard was way above the cup and dripped everywhere.

I was a few cent short, and she was so rude. I had to put the rest on the card, so I just asked her to add an order of fries so the amount wouldn’t be so low on the card. She told me I had to get back in line. There was no line it was so slow.

I went to drive through to order icecream . I told the employee through speaker that I would like to order a small cake cone of vanilla icecream. She proceeds in a loud voice What is that? I proceed to explain on the screen it says cones single .. double . Then she says I don’t understand. I said it’s okay have a nice day and pulled off. I like to spend my money with establishments who have great customer service; this individual did not even know what a cone was.. & it is displayed on screen CONES single double triple..

I’ve had mostly positive experiences here (my previous review was 5 stars). However, tonight I placed an order through the mobile app (worked really well!), picked it up (very easy and convenient and fast!), got home to eat, opened my chicken strip basket and… there’s no dipping sauce. I paid extra for extra dipping sauce (not complaining about prices! Happy to pay!) and instead got zero dipping sauces. The person at the drive through window who handed me my order didn’t say a single word to me *at all* and they definitely did not mention stiffing me on sauces. When I tried to call about the error, it rang many times, no answer, and then I got a message about voicemail not being set up. So now I’m out the extra money, and I’m microwaving a frozen dinner because I have no sauce for my chicken strips. 0/10 experience.

I used to come here often and always had a pleasant experience, the second to last time I came I was informed they were under new management and I didn’t recognize anyone there. This time was my last time here. I get to drive thru and apparently it is no longer customary to greet a customer, it was basically demanded of me to order right then and there. When I did, I was questioned about what I had ordered.. I explained two times that I was reading right off their menu. When I got to the window I explained further what the menu outside said versus what she was insisting was correct. Without any response, she rolled her eyes at me, closed the window and so I drove off. This visit occurred around 945P on July 14th in case management would like to refer to the exact rude child who lost what I’m sure is not the first, nor the last, good paying customer. I do not believe in just writing negative posts just to complain. I firmly believe that there should still exist a standard in food & hospitality, the same standard I was raised on and the same standards I met and exceeded in all food & hospitality establishments I worked in. I feel this is an opportunity to re-evaluate why this relatively new DQ sits at a 3-Star rating, staff selection would be a great place to start.

Was supposed to eat in with little ones but was told at 720 that lobby closes at 7 when hours are till 11 on a Saturday…then we watched some other be able to sit with no issue but we tried again and another family behind us and we were all told no but the couple other individuals. They should have it posted if things are different on top of it food was cold and didn’t offer the rotisserie bites but were clearly on menu

Stopped in to get a Burger but when I pulled out my money they said we don’t have change. I can understand that because they had no one in their drive-through and a vacant Dining room. So I’m going down the road to get me a real good hamburger now but not there.

Sat at the order speaker in the drive thru for 3-4 minutes and no one took our order, so we pulled around to the window and the kid working told us our total was $6.42….but no one took our order. We explained to him and the other worker and they both just shrugged and rudely told us to “go back around” even though they weren’t willing to take our order the first time. Maybe the other DQ locations have friendly employees who care about their job and aren’t rude.

The associates were extremely friendly and courteous but the food was so overpriced and took forever to get. Also the drinks with the order were nothing but seltzer water instead of soda. Would not eat there again. There are much better alternatives nearby (Cookout, Wendy’s and McDonalds)!
