Some days the food is way too salty. Some days it’s good. One thing that you can count on is that nobody has a smile on. Nobody seems like they want to be there. Today the chips were soft and chewey. I wouldn’t say this chipotle is great but it’s not the worst one I’ve been to (porter ranch is by far.) Hopefully they step it up because I’ve always loved chipotle.

My burrito smelled like a grease fire. If you’ve ever encountered a grease fire, you know what this smell is like. Grease fire was the only taste to the burrito, as if they didn’t season anything. Chips had no flavor. I normally get food at a chain when I need dependability, but a chipotle meal is always a gamble, I’m not doing it anymore.

I love Chipotle. The customer service I got here was amazing. The front of house was on point. The girl on line was stressed, tryna get her job done, but she gave everyone time and space to speak which was refreshing. She tried to connect in some way with every guest she encountered. I saw how she handled those in line before as well as how she treated me. Awesome work.

Place seems to always be slammed and busy! However, unlike most chain restaurants I have been to, the staff was still extremely friendly and helpful despite the non stop line of customers, the crowds, and endless numbers of orders. One of the best Chipotle’s I’ve ever been to thanks to the employees!

The food was great. Service was slow due to the fact being short handed. It’s 5:15pm which is dinner time and what I see are only 5 people working. They don’t have refreshing drinks. Just soda machine due to being short handed and nobody to fill them. Already been seeing people waiting in line and see slow service they been leaving the line and walking out.

I hate to leave a bad review but the food here was completely bland. The rice and beans were not seasoned like most Chipotle locations, the carnitas had no flavor, and the chips didn’t have any salt on them. It’s unlikely that we’ll stop to eat here again.

Don’t normally leave reviews but I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this chipotle. Don’t bother going inside as you’ll wait in line at least 15-20min. They are out of one item or another every time I go in. Order through the chipotle app and show up at least 10min later than promise time, this is the easiest way to deal with this location. Hire competent people with self awareness and have a sense of urgency.
