Customer service lady who answers the phone is RUDE. Im assuming it’s the same lady that checks customers out. She seems upset about the smallest questions. Hung up on me before my order was complete. Didn’t really ask me if I need anything else. Very rude. This was my first time eating here, will not order from here again. Other people have also complained about her snarky attitude. She should be fired, or just quit. If it’s “your shop” and you’re reading this. Please hire someone else. I’m sure she has cost the store a lot of $$$. Honestly, she’s just very nasty rude lady

Love this place. I enjoyed it as a child and am happy to report that despite having new owners the food is as good if not better than I remembered. The Mac & cheese pizza covered in BBQ Grippos is the bomb dot com. It vanished before I was able to take a photo of it.

Worst customer service ever! Lady taking phone orders is so rude! Checking out must be the same lady. Not a Thank you, would you like a receipt? just seems bothered if you ask any questions. Now they have a easy baked pizza belt!!!! She said they have had it for years . Always loved the pizza in the past but if she can’t appreciate customers then she doesn’t need them…
