Super delicious comforting meals served here. It’s been here for a long time. So you know they are doing something right. Portions are large and will test whether you will be able to finish everything on your plate. Highly recommended. Well worth seeking out if you’re in the area. Open late only on Thursday and Fridays.

Every time I come here the waitresses are so nice and attentive!! Every time I come in the food is also ready very quickly! And it’s so yummy! I usually come here and get the Belgian waffles with bananas and strawberries and whip cream… Always fresh fruit! And the waffle is always so fluffy and yummy!

Always pleasant experience at Mckays. The Irish breakfast portion is big and worth the price. It can be pretty busy on the weekend.

Tried McKay’s for the first time for breakfast with my Dad. We were seated right away and the waitress was friendly, speedy, and attentive. She was rushing around all over the place and while she was doing a great job, I felt badly that she was the only waitress responsible for an entire room of tables. The atmosphere was relaxed and bright with all the lovely artwork and floor to ceiling windows.

I went here three times and finally leaving a review. Place is awesome. I found out about this place at Facebook group page (QIE) and wanted to check it out. Everyone is nice. Food is very delicious. And just today, I came with my large family of 13. It would have been 17, but my brother and his family could not make it. I called the day before reserving a party of 17. To our surprise when we came there, we pretty much have our own room in the way back. It was nice and private. It was great. Chippy our waiter did not miss a beat in our needs. The lady in the front (Carolyn?) was very nice and even wish us well at the end. Even our waiter wished us well as we were leaving. My 70+ year old Dad was very happy with the place and it was his second time here. He left a generous tip to our waiter! We will definitely come here again for big family breakfast (or lunch). Oh yeah. My Steak and Eggs was very yummy!

Heard so many great comments on how great the food and service was @ Mckays went with the wife for the first time . The service was outstanding! The food on the other end was not so good . Very bland hollandaise sauce with little taste . The home fries were greasy and ice cold. The waitresses couldn’t have been nicer or tried harder. But the prices $44.00 plus tip and poor quality food not worth it. Would have done better @ McDonalds.

Good solid meals! Love the Irish breakfast! Love the country baked ham & eggs! Very accommodating, they substituted a banana instead of home fries for my breakfast. They have great fish & chips too! Great service, very friendly and attentive! The waitstaff will have you in tears from laughter with their witty banter!! Definitely a good place to try!

We stopped in at McKay’s on a whim, and we’re pleasantly surprised by the visit. Not only was our food served pretty quickly, but it was also delicious. And we came on a Saturday afternoon. It really was well made, homemade Corned beef hash. I got my eggs over-medium, and they came out perfect, not too runny nor too overdone and dry. I chose rye bread for my toast, and it comes pre-butteres.
