All the food tastes great but whenever I order I never really get what I ordered. I ordered the family meal for 2 (comes with sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken and pork fried rice) with shrimp fried rice instead of pork and added a note that they could add an additional charge on there if needed. What I received was an extra $3 for them to essentially bring me 2 small sides of shrimp fried rice and 2 of white rice instead of what’s actually included in the meal. I get so discouraged to eat Chinese food from authentic places like this for this reason. Please don’t make me go to Panda Express! It’s just not the same! :'(

I ordered my food at 11:14 online. I decided to call at 12:09 since it hadn’t arrived and almost been an hour. No answer. I called about 6-7 times until someone answered. Finally at 12:58 my food arrives and its cold and was missing my soup. It seriously shouldn’t take that long and just to get it wrong.

I only ordered from this place because flamingo palace is closed for lunch on Saturdays. Online ordering was easy. They showed up exactly on the dot when their ordering system said they would. i got two chicken dishes. They were stingy on the chicken. It was all mixed veggies with a couple pieces of chicken. The sauce was flavorful but I ordered chicken not veggies with a little chicken. I don’t know if I’d order from here again or not. Now that I know flamingo palace is only closed for lunch on Saturdays .

Ordered delivery. Have ordered before and they do have the best hot and sour soup around. But thats it. Subgum soup just tastes like chicken noodle soup. My fried pork wontons were burnt. The fried rice was dry and overcooked…like it has been sitting out all day. Cammed soda was put in same bag as hot food and was hot. Spent forty bucks and waited an hour and a half for crappy food. I did call and they offered to give me a credit for more wontons. But why would go back?

Quality of food was terrible. Rice looked reheated and chicken was tough but the outside skin was squishy. This used to be an awesome place until it got new owners. Absolute last time we’ll ever go here. 🙁

Worst service I have ever gotten!!!!! I have spent hundreds of dollars here, refer many others and today was awful! I called 8 times to place an order and put on hold and hung up on. I went I to place the order and the girl behind the desk was watching TV on an IPad, NEVER acknowledged me, the phone rang over 10 times with no answer and there was one person waiting for pick up! Very sad because the food is marginal and the acting manager Vince was overwhelmed and could of cared less!!
