Ordered here for lunch earlier this week. The service was excellent and the food came out HOT and delicious. My order did take a little longer than “normal” but I believe that was due to the order being made fresh to order which is definitely worth the wait.

Not sure why it’s necessary to charge extra for a side of ranch for the 4 chicken strips we ordered. I can maybe understand if I was asking for extra sauce but just to have the sauce in the first place! Definitely won’t be back.

Seems like the same thing is happening to Dairy Queen as most restaurants in Eastman nowadays. KFC, Chic-king, McDonald’s. Workers with bad attitudes who have Zero business in the customer service industry. Yet there they are. Good thing is I can cook my own hamburger at home on the pellet grill in less time than it takes to get food at these places. I will say that when Kat is at DQ the service and food is very good. If I owned DQ I would get rid of everyone but Kat and 2 helpers for her. If she is not there close it down.Good luck.
