This place has gone extremely downhill over the past couple of years. The food used to be great, but now it’s down right disgusting. I just received a Chicken Parm (after dealing with rude service) that is dry as a bone because there’s no sauce on it. Also, there were 3 pieces of fried chicken (it used to be grilled), 1 of them was burnt and not edible, another was dry and tough, and the third smelled and tasted sour. Total waste of money.

Horrible!! The whole experience ! First, I walk in and the menu board is off, the menu at the counter are available but no prices on it. The girl behind the counter didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all, a hello or even a how can I help you would of been nice, no acknowledgement from her what so ever. I placed my order, She never gave me total just turned the credit card machine around for me to pay. We decided to eat inside, BIG MISTAKE, it was so dirty , from the dirty sticky floor that your shoes stick to, the table was dirty and sticky with no napkins in the dispenser or an offer to wipe down, there was a stack of c fold paper towels near the counter my guess is for guests to use. I don’t think they washed the floor in months and if they say they do the must reuse the water. Let’s not even talk about the restroom cause if you followed the dirty sticky floor and visited it first you wouldn’t of ordered. The food was nothing to write home about, it was nothing close to what this place used to be. My order was wrong and missing items, probably because the person taking my order wasn’t paying attention. Of course it was more bread than anything on the sandwich, over cooked and dry, grilled chicken was cold. I understand food costs and supply issues have resulted in smaller portions but that has nothing to do with the quality of your menu items, the cleanliness of your establishment and quite honestly customer service doesn’t cost a dime. I have since read your other reviews and you seem to place blame on the customer for your short comings. Take a step back and consider what is said to help you in the future. Will I visit here again, definitely a no from me!

I came here after a long day at the beach, the steak tip salad was delicious! The steak was sweet and cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and prompt! I live over an hour away and would definitely make the drive back! Christina was so sweet and helpful.

This place has lost our business, I understand that food prices have risen, but when you are charged accordingly the meal should be the same portion not half of a meal, and cold. I ordered Chicken, Broccoli, Alfredo.Couldn’t get the garlic bread that comes with it because they didn’t have it? They did give plain bread in it’s place. The small container was not even half full.

Today, this restaurant lost my business and I have been a customer for years, ordering once or more every week . I waited over 2 hours. I got no calls from them or even heard a sustained knock. I called and asked what happened and the manager said that I had been called, as well as my doors knocked on repeatedly. False. Why would you not even leave a voicemail if you called so many times? Finally, I was told my food was left on my back steps and no I don’t have some farm house where that would be cool. And the order was wrong and it was ordered online. Not cool. Done.
