Steak was not cooked the way requested. Steak was taken back while the baked potato got cold. Steak for the salad was delivered separately salad came much later and the steak was cold. There was a salad with steak and then a t-bone steak with baked potato. The manager made everything well and took care of our drinks. We were also given desserts to make up for the meal. However I am a steak eater Love steak cooked Pittsburgh style. I will probably not go back .

What a great place. If you haven’t been please visit this location. Perfectly social distancing the tables. Great date night. Love their sweet potatoe casserole. It is amazing. My salmon was cooked to perfection. And my husband loved his T-bone steak.

Ronnie was a great server! It was my first time going and went all out with the 3 course meal. She always seemed to stop by the table just when I was finding myself needing anything. The drinks were fantastic. Had both the Manhattan and then the east side Manhattan. Very well crafted. Ronnie had a great suggestion for the garlic mashed instead of the broccoli. It may only be 8oz on the menu but don’t let the filet fool you. More than enough! So much so that I didn’t even attempt the dessert that came with but got it boxed to go. For all the single people out there, this is a good spot to go to enjoy a nice meal with feeling the need to explain yourself on why you’re alone. It was the best the night could be.

12/21 -update…Went for birthday celebration and they delivered once again. Wonderful food. Awesome staff. Thanks Chelsea for making it awesome! 12/12-Went back again 2020 as part of an annual tradition. Leslie was not there this time but Sarah was…she too was awesome. Food as usual was amazing. Love this place. My compliments for keeping social distancing, mask wearing and all the pandemic woes from getting in thecway of a great time! Have never had a better meal. Our neighbors took us here to celebrate their anniversary and birthday. I could not believe how good the food was. Absolutely delicious and our waitress,Leslie, did an amazing job. We will be back for sure! 12/14/19 _ went back again this time for our own anniversary and my pre birthday dinner and once again phenomenal! So glad we had Leslie again! This time we had bread pudding and Ruth’s coffee. Wow! New favorite go to for celebrations big and small.

This is my husband’s favorite place we go every year for his birthday the food is always delicious and the service is always friendly and courteous this year he ordered the 40oz porterhouse and ate the entire thing by himself Great place to dine wonderful atmosphere and they have complementary valet parking which is always a plus.

Had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary. I’m not a steak lover at all, so if I go to a steakhouse, I have hard to meet expectations. Well, my expectations were met! The seasoning of my Cowboy T-Bone was AMAZING, and my wife had the Filet Mignon, which also was cooked perfectly. The Brussel sprouts were the best I’ve ever had, the garlic mashed potatoes were not overpowering and were perfect (I’m not a fan of garlic mash potatoes normally). The broccoli was perfect as well. Food is served piping hot as well. 5 stars all the way around. This chain had me going in with high expectations and we were pleasantly surprised that our expectations were not only met, they were exceeded. We will be visiting again.

What a fantastic experience. The food was amazing, the staff was delightful, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Delicious food, the filet was perfect. The Caesar salad is huge. The cheesecake was smooth and refreshing. Definitely an experience worth having. Leigh Anne was a fantastic server.

A girls night out and good food turned into a wonderful evening at Ruth Chris. While everyone else ordered the ribeye, I choose something s little lighter. Spicy salmon with crunchy shrimp, brussel sprouts, and a cosmo was my choice for the night. It was very delicious and well prepared. The atmosphere was also nice within the restaurant. Our waitress was very attentive to our table and the manager stop by to ask of we were pleased with our service.
