First time having anything from Culver’s. My double strawberry milkshake was very good. The 2 workers at the window were great, friendly and funny azzz heck. Appreciate you both for being respectful and patient with this Army veteran. Thatnkyou. Your personalities were great and hopefully rubs off on everyone who works with you both. You ate a good representation for the company. It was good to see workers proud of what they do. Took, milkshake back to the hotel for dessert, refreshing, and fulfilling. I’ve been to this Culver’s about 5 times and the food (mainly frozen custard concretes, cheese curds, and pretzel bites) have consistently been really good. The staff have been pleasant…appears as if they’re borrowing approaches similar to another fast-food establishment that is known for their hospitality. At times, it does seem like the wait is longer than it should be but if I’m hoping all things are made fresh then I feel the wait times would be reasonable.

I had a really great experience here that definitely makes me want to return. I visited on July 13 in the evening and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The person on the speaker explained a lot of options for me as it was my first time there and they food was quick and good. They brightened a bit of a stressful day for me.

For a fast food place, our visit tonight had fantastic service! We requested a grilled cheese with a gluten-free bun and despite not knowing how they would pull it off, our server, Brooke, and the GrillMasters went above and beyond and got the gluten-free bun grilled. It was excellent! And her service was outstanding.

First time visiting this Culver’s location and only the second time at a Culver’s. Great experience, courteous staff and perfect food. Restaurant was busy, but still had enough seats for us to find a table and our food was delivered quickly. Will definitely visit again!
