I know it’s Taco Bell, but come on. The beef burrito I ordered with double meat and double cheese was nothing but grease soaked in red sauce. The photo Is after I soaked up 3 napkins worth of grease.

Brand new TB. A little greasy on the touch screens and doors. Food was decent but a little skimpy on how much was inside the tacos and burritos compared to other Taco Bells. Nice environment/setting overall.

Honestly we’re regulars and today was the worst experience we’ve had. The manager is always super sweet, but today we went through the drive thru and there was a new girl we’ve never seen before. She could barely be heard on the speaker so I’m assuming she couldn’t hear us well either. We had a mobile order, and my husband stated that upon pulling up, and she replied with, “for who?” There’s just a way to go about things and this wasn’t it. Our sauce was left out of the bag, and she ask at the window if we wanted any. So, defeating the purpose of the drive thru, we had to walk inside to get the sauce we originally TYPED in our mobile order form. Again, we usually have a good experience, at least with customer service at this location, but it seems as though the new staff hasn’t been trained on proper customer service as the regular employees have been.

Always a pleasant experience. Food is always correct and hot. Wish y’all were back open for breakfast at 7am again. But thankfully the morning manager is very business oriented and always takes my order a few minutes before 8 and asks me to pull around to the front door. Then they politely bring my food out a few later. They make my coffee great and wrap the burrito well for my commuter breakfast.

We went thru the drive thru kind of late at night and I think they were about to close but the staff still let us order and we really appreciated it. We were expecting to be turned away because they literally closed in five more minutes. Great friendly staff and the food was just as tasty as ever.

They were not closed yet and I was told that certain things were not available due to being right at closing. Not a problem. The female speaking was nice but then when I asked a question a gentleman got on the intercom rude and disrespectful!!!! I decided not to eat here and drove to the window where I told the female she was fine but the gentleman decided to overtalk once again. I told him he was rude and disrespectful which was not called for. Never again!
