So here we have it. Came here for lunch. Ordered a Turkey wrap and it came with sweet potato fries. Got a bowl of chicken wild rice soup. The soup was good. The wrap on the other hand was not so good. What ever turkey they use was watery and had a mushy texture. Ruined the whole wrap. The fries were ok. Overall definitely not worth $31 for lunch. The only really good thing was the brown sugar coffee.

Food came out hot, very filling their potatoes are crunchy on outside soft center! Fun drinks, nice service, clean bathrooms. Couldn’t ask for a better breakfast.

Got the Mexican skillet with pancakes. Absolute fire. Easily top 5 best breakfasts I’ve had. Everyone I was with was very happy with their meals. Great portions too

Charity was a wonderful waitress and made our dining experience a pleasure. The food and atmosphere was also very nice. Good place to eat and have a nice time.

Overall very disappointed. Found a hair on my orange, hasbrowns over cooked when asked for lightly toasted, omelet to much cheese in a “glob” in the middles and the fresh squeezed orange juice was not like I’m use to. Very little flavor. When the hair was pointed out all the waitress said was “ewe gross”. I was expecting an apology but got nothing.

This might be one of my most difficult reviews so far… the atmosphere was very nice, clean, modern, etc. The staff was very nice and super friendly. Even better, the food was exceptional. Very good breakfast food. So… why not 5 stars?

My favorite breakfast place in the DeKalb/Sycamore area! They are professional and personable, creative and high quality dishes at a reasonable price, and they are super accommodating to my plant-based preferences. Oh, and they have the BEST breakfast potatoes I’ve ever had!

The food was great! But the waiting was so long, I wish they could have more staff available

The rocky mountain skillet, or the Denver omelet and pancakes were super good and tasty.

This place use to be really good I’m not sure what happened. My friend ordered the Cajun citrus salad and the chicken was dry and seemed like it was old. They also need a dairy free dressing vinegar and oil Italian or balsamic vinegar perhaps. He had to eat his salad dry. I ordered the Nutella / strawberry French toast combo it comes with eggs and a meat but I don’t eat pork or beef and those were the only options. They said I could get a piece of grilled chicken with a 5.00 up charge ( no other substitutes) and I said okay. The chicken was dry seemed old and so hard I couldn’t cut it my food was not hot the best thing I had was my coffee. It seem like it’s just best to eat at home these days if the shortage in staff is effecting service this bad there is no need to go out. My server was really nice though so that’s why two stars instead of one.
