I had my sugar drop suddenly and had to get food asap , I don’t typically eat out much or go to long John silvers but .. the food was absolutely outstanding… The only issue I could imagine anyone having is having to wait for up to 10 minutes on getting food however … You are getting a freshly cooked warm meal. We ended up getting the $6 chicken basket with fries…. Extremely good !

It’s awful the service is bad the food is worse how is this place open, $26.74 they say pull up for 4-5 minutes and 20 minutes later they say sorry for your wait. Why can’t we keep a Captain D’s it’s 100 times better I ask them 2 times did they have malt vinegar yes it’s in the bag when I got home no malt vinegar I live 15 mile away from there how hard is it…the pictures says it all no drink your looking at $26.74 I know WOW People don’t waste your money here you will regret it..

Last year unfortunately I had to share a review that was not very pleasant. I am now updating my review because after about three or four months of not visiting this Long John Silver’s, I returned and was pleasantly surprised. The employees were pleasant and respectful and the food was great and of appropriate temperature. I wasn’t left waiting in the drive through for an excessive amount if time either. Several days ago I stopped in and the server was great. She helped me get exactly what I wanted for cheapest combination. Last night I used the drive thru and got home to find that not all was as expected. I ordered the shares popcorn shrimp and large fries. I expressed a wish for some packets of malt vinegar for the fries …. three times. Yet I got 4 packs cocktail sauce that I had declined (3x) and no vinegar. This was a direct result of no communication between cashier at drive-thru and the person putting orders together. Please do better.

Hands down, my BEST experience with Long John Silver’s ever! I went through the drive-thru just a few minutes before closing time it was my first time ever going to this particular Long John Silver’s. I was a little apprehensive to go there I was craving fish however being so close to closing time I’ve had experiences in the past where the food is cold and it seems like it’s maybe been sitting there and it’s just the last little bit before they closed at the end of giving you. Well I am extremely happy that I went ahead and went. Everything was absolutely fresh hot melt-in-your-mouth good hit the spot, seriously phenomenal experience not only was the food itself excellent but the service was spot-on as well.
