So this particular Arby’s is ALWAYS short on something. I have been there 6 times at various intervals of the day and they have been out of roast beef! Arby’s started as America’s roast beef sandwich now the concentration seems to be on fish and chicken which I could go anywhere else and get a better one!!! I just want the taste you originally inspired which is ROAST BEEF. I will say the staff was polite and even in the times they told me I could wait 30 mins for my “fast food” in the drive through. I’m so done with this place.

Forgot to take pictures but everything was great. Got the 1/2 pounder with curly fries. The sandwich was plenty of meat and the bun was fresh. Excellent sandwich. The curly fries were fresh and cooked right. The window service was good and they got the straws and sauces right. Now we did have to pull forward and wait some…but that just means the food is being prepared and will be fresher. An Arby’s worth the stop

Waited in line forever, got my food it was OLD nasty, the coke was out. The manager I assume (black) shirt made a comment about her employee giving her all this stuff to do .. pretty sure I got food poisoning j was so sick that night.

I would avoid this restaurant, it used to be a decent establishment but the past few years its gone down hill. The past year the service and food have been terrible. The drive thru window usually has someone with attitude working it and the guy at the counter cannot take a correct food order. I feel bad for the manager of this place she works so hard to correct everyone’s mistakes. Food is cold and definitely not to temp, and the score is a 90.

Ordered my food waited 10 mins went up to counter was ignored along with the 5 people who left behind me. They were more on top of drive thru than anything. 25 mins later asked for a manager for a refund and she all of the sudden was able to give me my food. As she gave me my food she also gave attitude saying they are busy. Well no kidding maybe hire more people or not hang out in the back doing nothing as she was until they got overwhelmed. POOR MGMT!!!!!

This place has to be one of the worst! Not just Arby’s but fast food restaurants in general. I love Arby’s and never had any problems before but recently moved to this area. Have been here a few times but will not be going again. Drive thru waits are unbearable! Employees are rude (act as if they’d rather be anywhere else but there) and they constantly claim to be out of roast beef! Hello, that’s what Arby’s was founded on! Arby’s… you DO NOT have the meats! The food is good, when you can get it but I’ll take my business elsewhere. If someone would like to contact me I have a specific event I’d like to discuss with someone who cares about the performance of this particular location.

Worst service ever! Sat in drive thru over 10 minutes & no one woujd take my order. Finally pulled out & parked & went inside. 2 ladies waiting on their food which was sitting there waiting. One finally yelled at the person she could see in the back & asked if she could have her food. Looked to be 3 people working & not one person in dining area. So what was the problem?

We had the worst experience at the Arby’s in Leland off of hwy 17 The Manager and her people working behind the counter were so rude and wouldn’t acknowledge us on the line.. btw there wasn’t anyone eating in the dining area. The three of them wouldn’t say hello while we’re waiting to be served until 20 minute gone by and none of them asked what we would like to eat or ultimately say we have no food. I had to respond and say are we going to be served.? The shift manager rudely said we don’t have any food. What are you serving I said not even an option of meals the look that I got from her was why are you bothering me sort of way and gave me a dumb look like what are we doing there? She didn’t even apologize to us . I think that location needs a well mannered manager or the restaurant doors would be closing from their rude behavior from all three associates that was working there tonight. PS, don’t go there tonight.. We should of taken the hint driving in the parking lot..

Workers were nice, but they told me pull around front and they would bring out my food. Sat up front for 10 minutes, watched several people go through drive thru. Went inside and got the order myself. Then to top it off the used sesame buns for the beef and cheddars that we ordered. I can’t eat sesame. Roast beef tasted awful. Guess that was a waste. This Arby’s location is worse than what Wendy’s was in Brunswick Forest.
