We ordered 1 lg pepperoni pizza, brownies and a mountain dew 2lt and bonless 16 piece for delivery @11:40 pm. We spoke to a lady she sounded asian took our order and charged is $53 dlls. Before that she offered to transfer us to a “secure line for payment”which it was weird but okay.. we said no and just made the payment with her. She said that it would arrive in 30 min. @12:20 we decided to go to the location and it was closed it’s already @12:36 (1hr!!) and no pizza has arrived, we want our refund back!!! Horrible service. Do not recommend.

My girlfriend has celiac. They failed to cook the gluten free pizza cleanly and she had a terrible attack from the cross contamination. Then they were cavalier and acted like they didn’t even care when we complained.

Order was correct and delivery was speedy. However, the driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. The odor of cigarettes was very prominent and the pizza definitely picked up some of that smell. My guess is that he was smoking while driving but idk. Didn’t follow the no contact option either. Add the expensive price on top and it was a very disappointing first experience with pizza hut.

Received the incorrect order. Called in to see if I could get my order, or receive restitution someway. I was told to, “…enjoy my meal.” You mean the one I did not order? Still no restitution. BTW-after completing the survey on pizza hut’s site, I was directed to do a google review too.

Ordered a pizza and a drink. Nothing super complicated. After I got a notification saying that my order had left the store, it took another 35 minutes to get to get to my apartment. I live AT MOST depending on traffic 5 minutes away. (This was 8 at night so traffic definitely was not an issue) when he finally got there, I saw him holding the pizza but the drink was nowhere to be found. I asked him where it was and his excuse was he forgot. He then had the AUDACITY to ask for a tip. He left to go back and get my drink, I called the store to make sure they followed up with him and was very rudely hung up on. After about another 30 minutes he finally showed up with my drink, left it at my doorstep, and left without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Had I not been waiting out in the common room I would never have known he had brought it. These people need to get stuff figured out.

The staff was very helpful. When they couldn’t find my address in their system (since where I live is fairly new), they got directions and made the delivery in a timely manner. On top of that, the food was genuinely great and my kids loved it!

Typically I don’t have an issue with this location, fast service and I order from here often. But recently they don’t follow the delivery instructions I live in an apartment you need a key fob to enter, I always ask to have them call me but lately they don’t and then just go back to the store stating they “tried to reach me” but made no contact attempt. I guess I will get used to dominos. Don’t recommend using this location. Try a different more reliable pizza place
