The food is outstanding! The chicken was perfect. The brisket was was tender with the perfect amount of smoke flavor. The sausage was amazing. The only downside is you have to dine outside. It was 102 today. They need more shade and maybe some misters. Even with it being hot we really enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

The kitchen is extremely slow about preparing the food. The quality of the food is good. It takes so long to have the food cooked. I won’t be back. We were the only customers and it took 30+ minutes to get a hamburger. Good luck.

I had the best experience going to Fire City Grill today! I’m from out of town and have been on the road for work all week. Walking into this restaurant, Kelsey made me feel right at home. The food was delicious, generous portions, and the sweetest waitress to top it off! If I ever drive through town again, this will be the first stop I make!
