The 2 stars is for the food. If you don’t take anything over a $20 bill. It needs to be stated on your door before walk in or online for people to know before they come in. And when you have to tell a customer you don’t take anything over a $20. Please do it as a professional individual. Thumbs up on the sandwich. And double thumbs down on the customer service.

Wow, I’m completely unhappy with my meal. I absolutely love jimmy johns and I visit pretty often I have not been to this location till today. It most certainly will be my last visit to this location. The bread was so hard. Imean seriously… jimmy John’s is known for the quick freaky fast food prep and the oh so soft bread. I ordered a beach club and the bread was so hard I couldn’t finish even half. Service was nice and place was clean but I would not recommend to go here. Unless of course you want to bite into a hard stell bead that is uncomfortable

Placed an order from the store that is five minutes away (with traffic) and after 30 minutes of waiting, called to find out why it hadn’t arrived yet. The guy on the phone immediately marked it as out for delivery as I had the Track my Order open. After talking with him, my order still didn’t show up for 20 more minutes! A Jimmy Johns order is placed by someone in the office at least once a day, and they’ve never waited this long. Freaky Fast???

Today’s sandwich was a hard smooshed piece of bread. I can’t believe they passed that off as a sandwich. Wish I could post the picture. Not only that, it was so hard I hurt my jaw… currently in lock jaw. Very painful.

I order from this store just about every week. Sometimes twice a week. The food is great and they go way above and beyond to take care of their customers. On the rare occasion there is a mistake made (They are human ya know) they more than make up for it!!! I’d recommend Jimmy Johns (Particularly this location) to anyone.

Delicious food. Their meat quality is especially good. Kind of a small eating area with only one high chair available, but it’s quite clean. The drinking water at this restaurant also tastes very good. Fast service.

Terrible sub 2 slices of salami 2 slices of capacola 2 slices of provolone cheese, for a 9 dollar sandwich on a hard roll, done with this place, will be going across the street to Jersey Mike’s where they don’t skimp and the rolls are always soft. Been a customer for a while now but no longer
