The atmosphere was nice and the employees were nice and friendly. I anticipated my pizza as it cooked it was odd I didn’t really smell any smells of pizza as you usually do, well it was the worst Pizza I have ever had in my life it didn’t taste like anything there was hardly any sauce the crust was in desperate need of salt. Hating to waste food I saved leftovers and you know when you open the refrigerator how you have that smell of day old Pizza, well there was no smell. I do not intend to come back. And the price I paid for it really irritated me because it has had good pizza in the past.

I like the choices here, but their dough recipe is overly salty for me. To be clear, I don’t notice salt in the flavor but afterwards, feel thirsty for hours. The service is fine; being pleasant while taking an order and presenting it is less complex than table service. This is why I object to the online order policy of automatically adding a substantial tip, before service is rendered.

If you know Papa Murphy’s and then I don’t need to say anymore the staff could use a little bit more training on their register I wanted to use my food stamp card I forgot I was going to use it and then I want I realized I paid cash instead of using my food stamp card and I asked him if they could change that and give me the cash back and then use the food stamp card instead and they said they had no idea how to do that or had no way of doing that of a refund so I was a little upset about that but other than that there were quick fast and easy but staff does need to be trained a lot better other than that great food all in the staff needs to learn to wash their hands a little after they handle money or the two or anything like that

My family and I ordered 2 pizzas over the phone and we specifically asked “do you take cash” so we were prepared… When we arrived, we not only had to pay with card because they didn’t have enough change, but they couldn’t give us baking instructions!! After they couldn’t give us baking instructions, the young man then gave me the wrong degree to cook it! I am NOT impressed.

A very modern store, it was very clean and bright inside. The staff was friendly and quick. Prices were, as usual, fairly good. I’ve often bought a stuffed pizza, but now I can highly recommend the Mediterranean pizza with a thin crust. We had a garlic chicken pizza as well and, while good, it wasn’t as good as the Mediterranean one was.

The toppings were very sparse. The crust was old, or something. Horrible pizza from Newport. I have had wonderful Papa Murphy pizzas in Corvallis and Monmouth. The pizza I got at Newport was totally sub-standard. Avoid the Newport Papa Murphy.
