If you enjoy really great food made from scratch and wonderful, friendly service the Wildflower is your place. Family owned and operated, I just had two of the best meals I have enjoyed in a very long time. If they would have been open on Tuesday, I would have eaten a third. When I sat down and ordered the special my first night and they brought out the salad, I instantly knew it was going to be a great meal. When as much care is given to the beginning of the meal you know that the rest of the meal will be equally excellent. The owner, Jay and his family really know how to take care of their guests. It’s little wonder that the place was really buzzing on Saturday night.

Stumbled upon this restaurant when the one we planned on going to ended up being closed, and we were very happy it worked out this way. The restaurant was very nice. The food was excellent. Our server was very friendly and answered all our questions. My wife had a burger and I got the fried chicken. With a bowl of lobster bisque and some cheese curds. The bisque was very good the cheese curds are some of the best we have had . The burger and the chicken were both delicious.

Waitress was sweet at could be.! Eat in bar.. dining room is so cheesey. Old Fashion in mini glass and still not strong? Lobster bisque was spicy minced and Manhattan style? Lobster MacNCheese had-0-lobster crab stick? Bathrooms disgusting! All for 120.00 Every moment made us laugh but went away hungry. So sorry.

What a delightful experience right from the beginning with the friendly staff! The meals were spectacular! I chose the Tuna steak dinner and my husband had the perch. Their ranch, bacon-chicken soup was a fantastic start to our perfected meals! We followed up with a cream Brule for my dessert and an old fashion drink for my husband. We are definitely huge fans and plan to visit every time to come to Wisconsin in the future!

My party of 3 adults were here for dinner on Saturday 8/11, 6:30ish. You start at the bar/lounge and a waitress comes to you for your dinner order and about 15 minutes later they seat you at a table. Different take on things. Dining Room could home about 65 people at a guess. There were about 12 us included [slow night]. My husband and I ordered the Baseball Tenderloin, our adult son the steak sandwich. My steak looked dry, I cut it open to check the done-ness right away, and I’m sawing and sawing ans sawing. . . . .tenderloin is suppose to be tender. Took a bite, it was terrible. The taste was off [I, for one did not want to get sick eating it] it was truly tough as can be. The steak sandwich was greasy, I though maybe its au jus, he said. “nope- its greasy” We saw our young waitress again when we were finally ready to give up. The baked potato was as any other cooked in steam drawer, the green beans [ there weren’t very many] were ok. The Baked French Onion Soup was just ok, instead of a toasted slice of bread they used the same croutons from the salad. It was very sad, and we were very disappointed.

Not sure how this can be labeled a “Supper Club”. I’ve been to a many of supper clubs in my time and this was hands down one of the worst. Drinks, sure they were good, but the food quality was just not there per most supper clubs around the state. Steaks were subpar to say the least. Fries were limp and not really hot. Sorry, but won’t be eating here again.

Great bartender/owner! Able to easily make multiple drink requests. Large selection of tap beer. Very friendly staff! Even the chef stopped at our table to make sure everything was great. Had the smoked prime rib. Delicious and not too smokey. Others in the party had the salmon and said that was good too. We will be back!

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon looking for lunch with the family. It was quiet (usually this is a red flag). We were promptly seated in the dining room next to the fireplace which was great having just spent two hours outside at the nearby winter park. Good selection of beers, wife enjoyed her old fashioned, and kiddie cocktails for the littles. Reviewing the menu turned up an eclectic mix which definitely said “supper club with a twist”, we started with the cheese curds which were of the breaded variety. The coating was flavourful and they were not greasy like some can be. We also tried the tuna tataki which I can’t say I’ve seen on many supper club menus. The tuna had great texture, light sear, and good clean flavors. It was Sunday and as such were offering a fried chicken dinner special. The 4 piece plates had great flavor, piping hot and heaped high on the plate. Mashed red skinned potatoes were a deviation from the usual russet, the dressing/stuffing was tasty, and the slaw was crisp with just a light coating of dressing that has a sweet tang from I’m guessing cider vinegar? We also ordered two Burgers which were solid half pound hand-pattied thick boys. I’m pretty sure they were actually pushing 2/3 pounds but whatever. Juicy and flavorful. Even though we had to box up one of our four entrees because the portions were just huge, Dessert was offered. Homemade cheesecake with a chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries and a creme brulee. Both were solid finishes to an excellent meal. The decor is contemporary but cozy, the bar area features a lounge space with some table games to enjoy. We asked about the artwork featured and found it was created by the family. Just loads of personality in the space. The husband wife duo running the show stopped by to chat with us and made me glad we stopped in to support this place. Limited hours in the winter (Fri-Mon only) so watch out for that if you’re looking to check it out.
