How do you give my order away then have an attitude? Gapped tooth glasses girl at the drive thru with chronic acne…. Find another job perhaps

I started to keep track of how many times this location has gotten my order wrong. My total so far is 14. It is sad that this is the only location on my way to work or I would go to another one.

I usually order 4 times a week from here, and never have an issue with how my drinks turn out. However, the quote times on the mobile app are not accurate. Many times I find myself arriving at my quote time and still wait 20+ minutes for my order. I know it’s not the staff’s fault, but just poor management. Today was red cup day, and I ordered a drink before my full day of classes in Muncie. I left 30 mins early in order to get my drink that I’ve already ordered. I arrived and they were busy, so I knew I had time and waited. The crowd from cup day cleared about 15 minutes later and my drink was still not done. (Mind you it was a strawberry açaí lemonade). A simple three pours and a shake. I decided to ask where my order was and was told it was finally being pulled. I watched the other lady who was pulling it, set my cup down and make another drink that was ordered at the register just then. She was older and chomping on a piece of gum. Five minutes later and saw no progress on my drink as I used to be a barista. I had to let someone else have my drink due to being 30 minutes over my quote time at this point. I ended up still being late to my classes without a drink. Management, please do better for your employees and give ample quote times. I’m not worried about my 7$ that fed your money hungry pockets, but I do expect to be contacted about this issue. Thank you.

We got a strawberry refresher with lemonade and there is no lemonade. And this was a mobile order so it looks like we will have to go inside to make sure they make our order right. It doesn’t even taste good

Very clean and well put together for a little pop-up stand and Payless I’ve never really had an issue with my orders sometimes I feel like the girls may be a little overwhelmed and understaffed and could be appreciated a little bit more or compensated with a better work area within the store they’re very hard workers and they actually love what they do as baristas

Staff was rude. I ordered light ice so they filled my venti half full and said if I ordered light ice I only get half the drink and my drink tasted awful. Way too sweet because they did not make it right

This is the Starbucks located inside of Payless Supermarket. I try to visit this location vs other standalone location. The barista’s here make a great drink. There is not a drive thru so you do have to go inside but it is worth it.

Went in today to get my free reward drink and had to pay for it. I’ve been here several times and there is NEVER the same person there as the last time. This time there was a person who had no idea what he was doing basically running the kiosk. I mean he still had to reference the recipe cards. The only “support” he had was the assistant store manager for the Payless (Kroger) the the kiosk is inside of. And that manager had even less of an idea of what was going on than the new guy. It was just incredibly unprofessional and frustrating.
