Old Timers Restaurant. Friendly atmosphere. I would be comfortable bringing my parents here for a good wholesome meal. Mom and I are lunch here. She ordered country fried steak that came with a salad. It had a huge mound of mashed potatoes and an abundance of gravy to top it off. Talk about mouthwatering . I ordered a roast beef sandwich. It came with a small bag of chips. Found out my grandma use to love coming here.

A Dimond in the rough this one. We came in just before they were going to close on Sunday. Google had it listed as open until 8 pm. Apparently, there isn’t an afternoon shift, so they close at 1:30. Employees claim to have told the owner numerous times. They were so kind to serve us and even allow us to get an ice cream after we were done. It’s places like this my family supports instead of large corporations. This place has been here for decades. It’s a cute little hole in the wall style joint. My husband and I had the chicken fried steak. Both agreed it was seasoned beautifully. Kids menu for the youngest was a hit and my teen got the country style Benedict he said he’ll be ordering every time.

Yummy breakfast and great conversation from the locals and staff. My coffee cup was never empty and, the real cream was a treat. I had chicken fried steak with hash browns and toast. All was wonderful. My friend had an omelette that was huge. Prices and portions where very generous. A must stop for weekend breakfast

Love walking into a place that has been around for centuries and everyone knows each other’s names.

The atmosphere is a matter of taste. It’s throwback for sure, which suits me fine but probably not so much for most people. The service is friendly, like small local places should be. The food is a toss-up. I had the biscuits and gravy, which was really good. Then i want back for a burger which was really meh.

Just a favorite restaurant in my old neighborhood that’s going great again. I used to go there on my way home from school to get the best vanilla ice cream cone ever. HUGE! I don’t know if have cone now, but have family meals like Mom made. Please try go to there!

I had to Denver omelet was very good. The service was very prompt and friendly. This is obviously a much older establishment, everything was clean but it could use a little updating.

I dined here from 2013-2015 and enjoyed great coffee, delicious homemade corned beef hash, and a loaded omelette that deserves its own review! Moved away in 2016 when new management took over. Fond memories…
