We go to Hardee’s about twice a month, and usually use the coupons we get in the mail. I have not reviewed this Hardee’s so here it is. The food was delicious, as expected because we love Hardee’s breakfast. Now on today’s dislike. They did not give us syrup for the French toast sticks. Leaving me to have to go to Walmart and buy syrup. One of the French toast stick platters only had one piece of bacon. As mentioned before we use coupons, the coupons state on them “Limit 2 per customer” so we double up as a family of 4. The cashier at the window did not honor the coupon to that aspect. I have usually had no complaints about this Hardee’s, but today, and having to go out and buy syrup, not getting the full serving of bacon, and not honoring the coupon disappointed me.

It was a hot day and I needed 2 soda drinks to go. I went through the drive through. I was met with, “yeah what can I get ya.” At the window the total came to over $6 for 2 sodas!

Absolutely disgusting, both the food and the service I received tonight. The lady taking the order had a horrendous attitude and barely spoke when I was at the window. Then after pulling up, the gentleman bringing the food out set the bag on my door frame and started walking away, almost dropping it before I had a chance to catch it. Whatever, I blew it off. Then I get home to this. I ordered two Frisco’s and a mushroom Swiss burger. This is absoluteletly disgusting. The lettuce looks boiled and wilted only one sandwich is even remotely correct. And yes the is a black burn on the top of the left bun. All the buns were brick hard. Now they are closed for the night. I have am usually a pretty forgiving person but this is disgusting. I have never had anything so wrong, nasty and inedible.

Stood at the counter for a solid 5 minutes, felt like 10 minutes for bland service and an ordinary dine in feel. The sliders were fine and the fries were extremely hot, had to let them cool down which gave me the time to write this review. Maybe there’s a delivery coming in so the manager (if there is one) is busy and the drive thru is obviously the main priority, I don’t mind waiting but these fries were way too hot, would try one more time.

When I went in the staff was sitting down. The woman wearing the headset took part of the order seated. The sausage platter was okay the biscuit was hard. I was not thanked for my business.

Went tonight to pick up a quick dinner and there were only 3 people working, yet they were all friendly and prepared the food fresh while I waited. The woman working (I’m assuming manager?) was super sweet and made sure I had everything right before I left. (Which is important because my husband HATES onions and pickles, but most places never remember to take them off like I ask)

Employees are there to collect a check and nothing else. Service is bad, drive through is pointless as nobody ever takes your order. Whoever owns this franchise should fire everyone and start over.
