Placed order thru drive in and was not asked what type of drink I wanted. When I arrived at the window, they had drink ready but not what I wanted. Told her what i wanted with no ice, and she said okay. But still tried to give me the drink i didn’t ask for. I said I wanted a Pepsi with no ice, and she got upset.

Worst customer service! Girls are rude as hell. Was in front counter and two girls are standing there and didn’t acknowledge the fact I was there. Was missing items and they got mad because I brought it up to them. Ridiculous. Worst staff in the shift of Aug 18th around 9ish, need some more knowledge on how to give proper customer service.

The food is good but the portions of meat are smaller and like everything else prices are higher. They have kiosk machines that you order from instead of customer service face to face. If you don’t like to order that way use the drive thru.

Good taco bell. Gets the order right and fast, which is a big thing for a taco bell. My favorite burrito right now, is the grilled cheese steak burrito. I can’t finish it, but my son likes it too and usually does.
