Bilia Eatery probably makes the overall best sandwiches in San Antonio. Each sandwich is perfectly toasted, just cheesy enough without being messy, and the flavors inside ooze their savory richness. The Cuban is a standout among standouts. It’s the best of its kind in town. Parking is extremely easy and outdoor patio seating is available.

we were a little too excited so I took the picture after a couple bites in , but needless to say ITS DELICIOUS. I’m a picky eater and this is one of few places where I want to try everything!!! I tried the barbacoa melt today and omg the way the sandwich melted in my mouth was just an experience in its own. It’s worth every penny, don’t miss out on this gem in SA!!

My favorite place in town! I have never been disappointed, and their specials are a nice surprise every time. Keep up the great work! Just look at that delicious Lechón, hope it comes back soon!

Came on a lunch date with my boyfriend after searching online for local sandwiches places in San Antonio. Ordered the cubano and chicharrón appetizer. Food came out hot and yummy! Will definitely come back to try out their other sandwiches and daily specials!

Amazing food and friendly staff. My only complaint, and it’s not the end of the world, but their online ordering system is terrible. The square site link is an incomplete menu so I could only order half of what I wanted so then I checked and realized they were on Uber Eats so I tried to order through there for pickup and they were not accepting orders when they were open (I checked the hours).

We stopped in on a wet and raining day, not knowing what to expect – such a delicious experience! First of all.. inviting aesthetic, gorgeous decor from the pillows to the prints to the lights and patterned dishes and adorable collection of coffee mugs… it was all perfectly curated. Now the star of the show.. the FOOD! Their Breakfast Arepa was one of the best things I’ve ever had.. in my life! The Barbacoa Melt was simple, but the added jalapeño and cream cheese definitely upped the ante. The Argentino had such a wealth of flavors with the chimichurri and garlic aioli.. it was both surprising and delicious. The De la queso Arepa was my least favorite thing we ordered there, but it was still good. The Drip Coffee was nice and much needed since there was no heat inside, and it felt like we were dining outdoors.. in Antarctica . The cashier (possibly owner?) added sugar-free syrup to my drip for me at no charge.. he was lovely. We took soup of the day, Sancocho, to go because we just had to try one more thing, lol. The broth was mild and nicely flavored, but some of the meat (chicken and beef) and veggies (plantains, potatoes, yucca, and pumpkin) were in too large of chucks so they were still slightly firm, and in my opinion weren’t capturing the flavors from the broth so they tasted quite plain. The ladies sitting by us before we left were enjoying it, so it might be worth a try, but we’ll be skipping on our next go-round.

Honestly blown away. Food is amazing. I’m pretty big on sandwiches so I definitely made this one of my tops. The weekly sandwiches are so good. Quite a few I wish stayed, so good!
