Was able to walk in and sit down anywhere I wanted on a Saturday at 5:00. Service was prompt and courteous. Pepper jack bacon burger was excellent, well seasoned. The tator tots were seasoned perfectly, and the beer was cold

Came here for the fool house 90s dance party. The band was great and I loved the dance! There was a lady there who kept dancing with my wife and I and she made the dance a lot more fun. I give her and the band 5 stars. However, the service was poor. The bartenders ignored my corner of the bar until someone grabbed a bartender. They knew we were there, but they didnt help us. My wife and I waited almost 30 minutes for someone to come serve us. I won’t be coming back here.

Can’t rate the food cause the kitchen was closed when u got there. Service started off pretty good. My only complaint is they seem to not have a system for dealing with people at the bar. There were about 8 or 9 bartenders and they seem to ask hang in one area and walk past people waiting to order. No complaints on my drinks they were in point. Very nice clientele present the night i went. Securuty was very approachable.

I stopped in for a frosty beverage and just to relax a bit. The atmosphere seems good, it wasn’t overly busy but then again it was a Wednesday evening. The beer was cold!

Walked in and sat at the bar, the place wasn’t busy, I was number 12 sitting at the bar. There were 3 bartenders working, 2 of them walked by me multiple times and didn’t even acknowledge me. The 3rd bartender noticed me after I sat there 15 minutes. I was literally getting up from my seat to leave when she said something. Ordered a beer and some wings. The wings came out in a reasonable amount of time, hot, crispy, and the buffalo sauce was pretty good…could have been spicier. Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and onion rings. Again, the food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was super hot. Looking at the sandwich and the rings I could tell they were frozen in a bag and deep fried. They weren’t bad, and to be honest they do not say they make anything from scratch. The rings were pretty good and so was the sandwich. I did notice that the only person who was really engaging with the customers was the Security/Bar Back young man. Every other employee who stepped behind the bar acted like they could care less if you were there. Not a great first impression at all. I will give them one more chance because they have a decent happy hour special. I hope they can step up their game in the customer service department.

The service here needs work. We have gone back multiple times, leaving annoyed with the same experience. Last night, definitely was the last straw. Went in and paid the $7 cover at 8pm. Grabbed a table by the bar. We then sat for 15 minutes watching servers walk by, without even acknowledging us. So I went to the bar to get us a few drinks and start a tab. Honestly, we would have just left but we figured we already paid $14, so we hoped it would get better. We went to the bar a few times for another drink or a shot. Still being ignored by servers. At 9:27 a server stopped by our table and asked if we wanted another round. So it takes 90 minutes to be acknowledged? I’m not sure why this is acceptable here. If this was a one off experience, I wouldn’t be leaving a review. But unfortunately it seems like the normal occurrence. So I paid my tab, and left. Clearly our money isn’t wanted here, and the servers very clearly don’t need tips.

Stopped in Sunday about 5pm 11/14/21 to watch some football. Initial service was good, one bartender, no wait staff, about 30 people in the bar. Ordered food, watched it comes up in the kitchen area and sit there for more than 10 minutes. I finally had to ask the bartender to get it as she wasn’t paying attention at all. The wings were barely warm when I got them. I ate my warm wings and ran out of beer, bartender never asked if I wanted one until I was done eating. Wings were severely overcooked and dry. Service was not good or friendly. My experience here previously has been ok, but the service seems to be going down pretty quickly as of late.

I have no idea why everyone is slamming the pourhouse and the staff that work there. I frequent the pourhouse in GF, and have a great time. Every bartender, Dom, Amber, and Savannah, just to name a few especially are amazing. They know how to keep a fun and inviting environment! 10/10 every time!

Savanah Perkins makes this place unbearable. She is literally annoyed by your business. She claims the management expects parties of 6 or more to call ahead, “she doesn’t make the rules”. She’s rude and standoffish every time we’ve tried to patronize this place. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe she is just an introvert. But I was wrong. She’s just not cut out for customer service or this career choice.. This place has great potential but horrible staff that can’t handle a crowd of 17 people. When management decides they want customers, they’ll get rid of waitresses like Savanah. Until then, do yourself a favor and go north across the parking lot to Rumors where the owners appreciate your business.
