Ordered a cheese quesadilla, a crunch wrap and a large fry. Did not get a reciept so checked my bank so I could subtract the amount was charged $17.86 . Looking at the menus on line these things cost about $13.47 + tax. Tried calling and just get a recorded message that they cant take my call, will try again tomorrow. But right now feel like I was ripped off.

Our food was really good. Chicken super tender and warm. However, the inside restaurant experience could’ve been better. Don’t like watching managers be rude to their employees. Eric, I would’ve walked out. An employee should never be rudely talked to in front of customers especially by someone who wasn’t observing your performance in the first place. Eric, Thank you for a great service in a timely manner. I can see why they have such a large now hiring sign if that’s how employees are treated.

7:30 pm on a weekday restaurant had plenty of staff, went thru drive in ordered 3piece all dark meat, Extra Crispy and as a meal , and my husband ordered a taco bell meal item . Got back to hotel and 3piece DARK ,EXTRA CRISPY, is now 3 piece ALL white meat, original. There was no butter for my biscuit and no napkins no utensils to eat my mashed potato and coleslaw. They were not busy I was the only one in the drive-thru until after I received my drinks and food and was putting my car into drive. I drove back and asked for a new meal at which the guy told me they didn’t have any biscuits, and then h changed it and stated they didn’t have any Extra CRISPY chicken. This was the dinner hour no excuse.

Worse experience I’ve had in a long time. Chicken was so dry it was like chewing on leather. The baked beans were like paste. When I spoke to the manager I had to ask him to quit yelling at me. I understand that places are extremely short handed and busy but that’s no excuse to yell at a customer. He was also very passive aggressive and kept calling me honey. Even after I asked him at least four times not to call me honey and told him I’m not his honey. I will never go to the East Wenatchee KFC again. It’s unfortunate as I used to stop a few times a month for dinner.

The employees were nice enough but we ordered 2 large potatoes and 2 large coleslaw that were all filled about half way. The only option the owner gives the employees is that you can come back in with your food for them to redo or you can get a 10% discount. I am not wanting free but getting what I paid for makes since. Cheap establishment that can’t fill an order.
