BEST Chicken Taquitos I will probably ever have in my life. Mind blown how good they were. All the food was so good. Loved the presentation. Good customer service too.

Almost 6 months later, and my friends and I still think about the Tacos and amazing service we had at Agave. We were tourists from Canada and were treated with so much kindness and warmth from the staff. Tony especially was always the best to come in and say hi to! We had lunch here one day had the tacos and had to come back for lunch and dinner the next. Three meals here and it’s safe to say no tacos back in BC could ever compare. Thank you amazing staff, thank you Tony. We hope to come back down to oregon one day. We miss your amazing hospitality and food!

Terrible food! I ordered the green chicken enchilada with rice and beans. The food wasn’t hot. The beans were very runny. The chicken in the enchilada had a lot of gristle. My mother ordered the green chicken tamale and it was dry and bland. In fact, everything was very bland and had no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. I really don’t understand how this place ever got rated as the best Mexican food in Ashland. What a joke. Also, the waitress kept giving us weird looks whenever we asked her questions. It was.. strange. The atmosphere is simple and needs spicing up, just like their food.

We love it here. It is one of our go to choices for eating out. The staff is fantastic and the owner, Tony, is always on site to make sure you have a great experience. The food is exceptional and they have several gluten free options as well as vegetarian options. Highly recommend.

We just moved to town in Aug, from Salem, OR– where you can find lots of good (heavy, though) Mexican food in the valley. We had tried another highly rated place in town this summer, but it was so heavy and no better than what we can get in Salem for less $. I’d heard that Agave was fresh and light, something different. So this afternoon was my first time dining in this vibrant little eatery.

I ordered 2 tacos, and it took them 40 minutes to get them ready. When I got them, they were super simple and dull, nothing special. Definitely not worth $20 dollars. Will never go back. That’s for sure.

This creekside gem blew me away. The west coast (even the northern areas like Oregon) has a high bar when it comes to Mexican food and these guys exceeded it, and then some.

It was a good place. It’s good but you have to order at the counter if you want anything after the order like another drink. So it can be a bit of a pain or a wait. The food is great though. Thx!

Portions are on the smaller side. The shrimp cocktail is served in an ice cream triangle cup. Super small with maybe five shrimp. The tacos have cabbage as well as the side salad. I would of enjoyed something differnt. Maybe in texture or flavor to switch up the taste to wake up the palate. Everything tasted the same nothing really stood out. Although over priced I probably would stick to the tacos. Taste wise its ok. But not a go to when I am really hungry!

Great location and cute. We went here for the first time. Probably won’t be back. Shrimp tacos were rather high priced and rather boring with the bulk of cabbage being the memorable taste and texture. Partner was not too excited about pozole either.
