It is then Slow cooked for about 4 hours and then chopped and served with a delicious stew (consomé).

Ate here today for the first time. And let me tell you, probably a big mistake because now my wife wants to eat here at least once a week lol. Food was great, Food Presentation is a 10, the girl who answered the phone was very nice and helpful, I didn’t even have to get down to get my order. They brought straight to my truck. Girl that brought my order was also very nice. Will definitely be coming here again. I give it 9.5 just because the drinks could’ve been colder. Other than that, Amazing !!
