What a fantastic hidden gem this restaurant is!!! If you are lucky enough to have a meal or drink here you will never pass it without dropping back in. The food was fresh and DELICIOUS, fun atmosphere, an affordable menu, and gracious hosts. Definitely will return.

It’s a tight seating inside but they do have a patio. Great food! I always order the ceviche! This place is one I try to go to whenever I’m in traveling to Orlando!

Number one thing I’d recommend – come here with a group. Their menu options are generally aimed at several people. Eg you can order a full chicken vs a quarter. The chicken was really good, and you cannot go wrong with fried yucca. I liked the different sauces included.

Our first experience was quite exceptional. We ordered the 1/4 chicken and it did not disappoint. It was juicy, succulent and flavorful from skin to bone. However, the 2nd time we tried it, it was like apples and oranges. We had to question ourselves as if we had got it from somewhere else. This time we ordered the whole chicken with a side of small fries. Everything was fresh and hot, so we expected everything to be the same. No, the chicken was bland and was lightweight dry and overcooked. We had ordered it to go and it came out fairly quickly. The first time it was a little wait but the flavor made up for it. The fries had no seasoning whatsoever. My mom called to explain the situation and the manager didn’t offer an apology or any remedy to the situation. For the price we paid, it was extremely underwhelming. The prices listed should have the food having little to no room for error. This was very disappointing.

Upon arriving to the restaurant it was very clean, and the staff were helpful and very polite. Food was delicious with a varied supply of tasty sauces to accompany your meal. I got the pollo asado and it was delicious. Will definitely eat here again.

As we sat down to dinner, a little appetizer of fried corn with several sauces was delivered. We had some trouble understanding the menu selections, but our waitress kindly stepped us through the options. Many of the choices are best ordered for the table because they are large (or plan for left overs). Everything we tried was delicious and had large portions. We will definitely come back again.

My husband and in-laws are originally from Peru and have refined taste for the traditional experience, especially ceviche, and this is the best! We’ve been to every Peruvian restaurant in central Florida and while some have been really good, this place is always our #1 and never disappoints.

The food has been delicious the past two times I’ve tried Brazas. I ordered takeout and it was ready within 15 minutes or so and I paid at the restaurant. Brazas is Peruvian food, known for their chicken. For $22.33 including tax, I ordered a whole chicken with a small side of fried yucca (starchy root vegetable; similar to French fries but tastier), and a signature Peruvian creamy cheese sauce “crema a la huancaina”. See pictures of the delicious food!

Tastes of the food 2 weeks ago was good but today not good at all. Ceviche, Huancaína sauce and chicken brasas has no flavor at all. Chicken brasas taste like Publix rotisserie chicken. This Restaurant Not authentic Peruvian food. Also, music and video inappropriate for children . I will not come back again.
