Wow! Waited 15 minutes to have order taken..There was only one woman ahead of me..They were out of anything,which wouldn’t have been an issue had something been said when my order was placed..The supervisor on duty that night kept telling one of the female workers to lock the door after she brought out an order to a car..don’t fully understand why that was,because it was only 6:45pm on a Friday,and they supposedly close at 10pm….all that being said..I was handed an order after waiting 40 minutes,and shame on me for not checking,but got home and was clearly given another customer’s order,and nothing I had ordered was in the bag,and it was a $39 order I had placed…They seriously need staff that check orders before handing it over to someone…I understand staff shortages in this day and age,but they need to be trained properly,and need a supervisor who is quality and customer driven,instead of worried about closing early…Very sad.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. We waited over thirty minutes because they didn’t have any chicken done at all, and we’re out of two kinds to begin with. And on top of that my boyfriend ordered before me, I got my food after 35 minutes and he still didn’t get his food because they NEVER put in his order! But the whole time we were waiting two out of the four people who were working repeatedly went out to smoke. Never going there again.

I give them a 0 rating. I went to the FoxHall Ave Kingston NY location and received awful service. I ordered online and was told my order would be ready at 5:35pm. I arrived. My food wasn’t even started. I waited until 6:15pm to receive my order. I’m extremely unhappy with this location. Further more, there were tons of customers in the location complaining about the wait. Very disappointing and won’t be going back there.

I worked at this store back in 1969. The Hedley’s owned the store then, and later on Mrs. Pfeifer. Things have changed since she sold out. The chicken on several occasions was dry, cold, and unappetizing. There are frequently piles of swept up trash visible on the floor. On my latest, and last visit, there were 2 registers at the counter. One had a case of supplies sitting across it and the other register, which was being used, had a bucket of cleaning solution and a dirty rag sitting next to it. Employees appeared clueless and unprofessional. The owner needs to close dow for a week, clean the place, and train new employees before someone gets sick.

The food is always has very good, but they seem to be having a problem either with staffing or something because they periodically close the dining room. I was sitting in there eating and they lock the door and I felt so bad for the people trying to get in. Got to me was not really hospitality, I have a degree in hospitality management and this really was a shame to me

Went to pick up my food and took over an hour. Was told the chicken would be ready in 20 min because they “were waiting for us and just put it in” and they’d bring it out. Sat for 25 min in the parking lot and nothing. Then sat at the drive thru window for another 20 min until someone even acknowledged us. The 8pc Chicken Only was soggy and clearly have been sitting for a while. The other food was just as cold. They said they bumped my order and was super unprofessional

Service very friendly. Very disappointed that the Fill Up Box does not come in the box it should come in . Every thing is put in separate boxes then put in a bag. We enjoyed the original box and now for a family the way it is served is very inconvenient.
